Good price - Very good price, almost the same amount if you decide to go by yourself in train. But they explained very well and drove you to see panoramic views. It work for me with two little children.

Toledo A Unique Tri Cultural Jewel - We arrived on a foggy day but was quite a view anyway. You get on an electric escalator that climbs all the way to the old city. Once there your walking tour begins and the beauty, history and pure positive energy captivates you. We Han an awesome tour guide Clara and a great group of people who were considerate and on time. A MUST DO!

Definitely Recommended - Adrian was a great guide and went at a good pace for those of us who aren't as young as we used to be! Good amount of time allowed to explore the town, and left on time both going and returning. Buses were comfortable a d easily recognisable.

Just a way to get money from the tourists. - The guide spoke bad English, and it was difficult to hear them. The city was nice, but not too much to see. It smelled bad, was too much crowd and full of shops selling more or less the same things.

Good price, poorly organized - I was conflicted on how to rate this. Very inexpensive price, so my expectations were very low. Tour guides were way overburdened with the quantity of folks. Buses left 20 minutes late and the return pickup was 45 minutes late. The operator didn’t have anyone at the pickup to let us know the bus was late and when the return would occur. Communications poor from the operator. Nice guides though. If you are a halfway capable traveler just take the train out there so you are in control of the timing.

Value for money but wish there was more - I wish they covered more of the sites to see in the walking tour part of the visit. I guess it was pretty cheap compared to the rest and therefore only had the bus trip included.

How sad! - I will repeat what I wrote earlier. Schedule to leave at 9. The bus did not arrive until 9:30. We arrived in Toledo. Country pictures were beautiful. However, seemed to be out of touch. She would talk and was down the hill. How could I hear. She never looked back to see if her group was there. It was so disappointing that I asked to go home. I signed up for a half and got a full day. Then she had to ask the bus driver. I am standing in the rain waiting. Then I asked the bus driver if he was returning to Madrid? He goes You gonna have to speak Spanish- no English. I gonna have to. He could be a little more polite. Then I spoke to him in Spanish- I could get on the bus. How rude is that? I am sure I am not the only American visitor here. My other viator trip- was perfect. Too bad and very disappointing. I could have another tour. Shame on you!!!
