Fun experience with the best views! - Fun activity for our entire family. The staff here were fantastic and made it 10 times better. Easily the best staff attached to any activity we did during our stay. Amazing location and views as well. I'd go back again and again.

Just wow - Wow, what a great experience. It was sooooo great. At the first ZipLine still a bit skeptical but from the second it was only one to enjoy. That was just great and I can only recommend it to anyone. The cafe is also beautiful. You have a great view and great shots. The guides are awesome. Cool guys who just exude fun and joy. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great experience - Great experience. Must try activity in Koh Samui. Both my parner and my lself hd a great time trying this activity.

Worth doing - This was great fun. The lads working there were great and a good laugh. Very handy being picked up from the hotel and returned after.

Expectations exceeded - We were picked up at the hotel by a minivan with AC and changed to a jeep halfway there. The transfer can also be done on your own, but it is difficult due to the extreme incline. Once there, we were able to lock away our backpacks and the gear was put on us. The zip line lasted about 45 minutes, although it felt like less. One member of staff was always ahead and waited on the next platform, the other member of staff went last. Cell phones are allowed (own responsibility) and the staff will also take videos on request. Everything felt safe at all times and the staff were incredibly friendly and used jokes to ease any possible tension. After the total of 8 lines, you were allowed to choose a drink in the restaurant and take another look at the jungle from above. After about 30 minutes we went back down and to the hotel. The whole experience is highly recommended.

Fun for the whole family - We went as a family to Treebridge Zipline. We were picked up from our hotel in a 4WD ute with seats on the back of the ute. The kids loved this! Be warned the roads are very bumpy and steep as you get in to the jungle, so hold on while in the car. Safety was top priority and the staff went over all instructions and helped with harnesses etc. Everything was well explained. You get to do multiple ziplines and enjoy some amazing views. At the end there is a cafe where you can grab a drink and get some photos on the net hammock seat. You have time to walk to a waterfall if you wish, but we chose not to. At the end, you are transported back to your hotel. Top Tip- Where dark clothing or clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.

Fun activity with teens. - Fun and safe experience with children. Our guide took lots of great pics and videos and kindly shared them with us. We were lucky the heavy rain stopped just enough for us to go! The cafe was really nice too with a view and yummy drinks!

Tree bridge Zipline - Excellent Zipline experience. The guides helping with Zipline were fun and made it enjoyable. My only complaint is the staff behind the food/drinks counter were rude and could be more friendly. But still worth a visit.

Fantastic view - The café has a wonderful view and the path to the jungle/waterfall is really beautiful. An experience. The staff in the café seem bored, the drinks are expensive and they only serve ice cream in cups.

Don't bother; poor experience and tour operator - This could have been an amazing experience, but it just wasn't. The whole thing felt totally rushed, the staff was not at all welcoming, they did not give us so much as a bottle of water despite stating that soft drinks were included, there was no safety briefing or instructions of any kind despite that also being promised in the description, and there was barely any time to enjoy the tree cafe after ziplining as we were herded back into the trucks within about 15 minutes. We were back inside our hotel room exactly 2 hours after we left it, and at least 25% of that was just driving time. Additionally, the operator was very difficult to work with. At first I was told that my hotel was outside the pickup area and I would have to pay extra for transportation, then the night before I got an email saying they didn't know where my hotel was at all, then in the morning I got another email saying that the hotel actually is inside the pickup area and therefore I wouldn't have to pay extra after all. It was extremely confusing and the chaos definitely raised some alarm bells. Lastly, my son unfortunately got sick the morning we were scheduled for this trip so my husband stayed back with him, meaning that we paid for 4 people and only 2 actually went. I informed the operator and asked if even a fraction of the cost might be refunded and was told that all cancellations required 24 hours notice -- like, my son was supposed to plan ahead before puking his guts out? Interesting that when it has to do with providing the promised services (water, introductions, safety briefing, time to relax afterwards) they are under no obligation to actually do those things, but I am required to follow all cancellation policies to the letter despite extenuating circumstances. The whole thing left a bad impression overall and I wish I had just saved my money in the first place. Unless you REALLY want to do a zipline in Koh Samui, don't bother.
