Highlights
- Great Salt Lake State Park - We will head out on our motorized pontoon boat and get some great views of the lake. We will also hear some entertaining stories and history of this world unique area along with a salty joke or two! We will have two stops in the lake where you will get to float in the lake a see how buoyant you are in the saltiest body of water in the western hemisphere. We will have spa pillows so you can lay back and feel total weightlessness or you can swim around. We will have bottled water and light snacks on board to keep hydrated along with buckets of fresh water to wash the salt off of your hands and face. Full showers are located at the marina in case you want to shower after the tour. There can be bugs in the air right when we leave the marina so we will provide you with a bee-keeper style hat to keep them away from your face. Once out on the lake, the bugs are gone. Bring a swimsuit, towel and some sunblock! We also don’t recommend shaving any body part before the tour to avoid stinging with the salt water.

Drive to the Great Salt Lake State Park. Best way to get directions is to 'google' "Great Salt Lake State Park OR Great Salt Lake Marina". At the park, look for a big sign that says “Great Salt Lake State Park” to your left and we are located in the white building behind that sign.

Floating on the Great Salt Lake - We had a great trip on the Great Salt Lake! Nate was very informative and did his best to keep the bugs away 😊. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Tyler was... - Our guide, Tyler was friendly, professional and very passionate about the lake. The lake doesn’t look like much when you arrive but once you get out there and discover the beauty and serenity you will realize what a once in a lifetime experience this is. We definitely recommend this adventure!

Summer fun on the lake - Tyler is the best! We had so much fun! Planned on just the boat tour but Tyler gave us so much info about the lake we ended up going to Antelope Island and then came back the next day for the swimming tour. It was such a great tour!

Floating in the Salt Lake - Great Experience! - 5/5 Stars. Boat driver Tyler was great! We had a nice time visiting in the early weeks of July where not too many bugs were on the water but be mindful of bugs other times of the year. Learned so much from our driver and got to experience swimming in the lake. Wouldn’t of been able to experience this without the boat tour. Highly recommend if visiting the lake

Once in a lifetime opportunity!! - My boyfriend cannot float to save his life but in the lake he could! It was tranquil and a once in a life time opportunity. Tyler was an amazing captain and knew everything about SLC. Don’t rethink, just book it!!

Summer fun - Definitely recommend this tour! Tyler was a wonderful tour guide- we learned a lot and had such a fun time! Next time I'm in Salt Lake, I plan on doing a private charter for my family!

Boat Tour w/ Swimming a must! - Boat ride and swimming was awesome. Captain Tyler was very well informed and taught us a lot about local history, geography, and landmarks. Would highly recommend the swimming tour to experience such a unique environment!

Phones don't float 😂 - A very fun boat ride and float. The captain was entertaining, informative and fun. He was very mindful of everyone's safety without being a killjoy. A pox upon me for forgetting his name🤦♂️. You will get what you came for here.
