A lovely introduction to the Himalayan range. - Our travel guide in Kathmandu drove us to this lovely locale at the foothills of the Himalayas. Daring our outdor lunch the clouds suddenly parted to allow our view of the Himalayan range. What a beautiful site!! Then we took a stroll through the rolling countryside to get a feel for serious trekking.

Shishir is the Best Guide! - Even though the sun remained behind a veil of fog, I had a wonderful trek with my guide Shishir Thapa. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind. Breakfast was delicious Nepali food and Masala tea. Walking through the countryside had wonderful views. It was a great experience! 1000% recommend!

Peace away from the city - Really enjoyed being in nature for the sunrise and strolling through some villages to reach some spiritual sites to meditate. Pankaj, my guide, was wonderful! He was very flexible with my needs and helped me get my coffee fix. I had a delightful time learning from him on Nepalese culture and the Hinduism/Buddhism sites we visited.

Great hike even during monsoon season! - We had a great time on this hike with our guide Shishir! Even though the weather was cloudy (our hike was during monsoon season so it was expected), we still enjoyed walking through the communities and tasting the local food. The temple in Changu is a must see and a great way to end the hike. It was almost all downhill so it is accessible for many hiking levels, I would recommend this experience if you are in Kathmandu!

Majesty Himalayan view - Good Himalayan view if it is not a cloudy or rainy day. you enjoy the Himalayan majesty there. A hike is highly recommended with a tour guide dont travel alone if you are not aware of the place lot of option to book as a package. but if you are visiting kathmandu dont miss this place to view the peaks.

Amazing trekking in Nagarkot - Unfortunately, I couldn’t see mountains because of bad weather but I can see amazing sunrise from Nagarkot. I can enjoy trekking and visit village areas where nature and birds live. The temples was interesting and I can learn culture of Nepal by my guide Shishir. Thanks.

Great sunrise hike! - The sunrise view hike was wonderful! I have never seen the sun look quite like that. The hike was also a great way to see a different part of Katmandu. Shishir was very helpful in answering all my questions!

Skip it - Not worth the money. Skip it. Sunrise was nice but could barely see the mountains. There was no hiking basically. Just walking down the hill through some villages, nothing enjoyable or uplifting.
