He will greet you before taking you to the coach and transport you to your hotel in Khao Lak. Please contact our service line if you are not able to find our representative at the airport.

Delays maybe experienced whilst all passengers assigned to your Seat-In-Coach transfer come through immigration and customs from the various flights: passengers will be required to wait until all guests have cleared immigration and collected their luggage before the transfer departs
