Amazing expierence - It was an amazing experience, riding on the beach!
We are both experienced riders and we were able to canter a lot.
We both loved it and we would recommend this excursion to everybody.
The people who worked at the riding school were very friendly and helpful

Good experience on the beach - Booked an hour session for my wife and son. They have prepared the horses based on their height and weight.
As they considered armature, the staffs are always with them to ensure their safety
Great experience to ride on the Mai Khao beach
Owner is very helpful and nice.
My wife and son do have a good experience.
I am the only tiring camera man that need to move quickly to take photos for them.

No refund even under adverse weather. - Be very careful when you book because no refund on deposit according to hotel even there is heavy rainfall. Think again before using this.

Horrible service and told me “idiot customer” - Don’t trust this company. They’ve told me that they were full initially, but came back to me telling me that they had 30min slot available at 1000THB (60min for 1200DHB). I decided to take it as kids were very excited about the horse riding on the beach. They said they’d send me payment link for deposit. They told me to settle the payment within 30min and I literally did it. However, the payment didn’t go through and while refreshing the screen suddenly received whatsapp message that my booking was cancelled. Tried to call them but no one pick up the call and they gave the slots to others when finally get msg back from them. When I complained, they even told me
“idiot customer, bye”. Despite the lovely website, the place is not actually looked like this. Don’t trust this company.

Scammer experience - Submitted the application, money taken, communication was through whatsapp with the agent not the tour company. Turned up the day of the tour only be told I was to fat to ride (despite putting all correct and accurate weights and measures in the form) but my partner was okay to ride, so no refund at all was offered. We ended up leaving without riding 0/10 stay away from this scammer.
