Something for everyone! - Great trip, as someone who doesn't love seafood there was plenty on offer! Staff were all lovely and friendly. Will do again with my husband.

Harbour cruise in GC - The crew and entertainment were excellent. Food was very good. Well worth the dollars paid. Would definitely recommend to all.

You should do this at least once. We'll be back (again)! - From the moment we stepped on board the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal was wonderful and the atmosphere that was created was just what we needed. Thank you all. We'll be back (again - this was our 2nd trip)

Amazing Cruise! - The Sightseeing Dinner Buffet Cruise was AMAZING!! The crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delectable, thank you to the chef. The musician Charlie Mitchell had such a wonderful voice and set such an enjoyable atmosphere. And of course, thank you to the captain for taking us through the beautiful region. My friend and I both had our best time in Gold Coast on this cruise, so thank you to the entire team for their terrific work.

Brilliant. Great value for money - The whole experience was great..Lovey evening out. The food was amazing.. Nice to have the entertainment.. There was plenty of time to enjoy the lights too. One thing is that the taxi drivers don't seem to know where to take you.. That was a bit confusing.

Amazing - We were booked in for outside seating it was a chance of showers si they called to let us know and offered to rebook or cancel we still went and they gave us seats at the back of the boat which was really amazing experience and we still very much enjoyed it. Rained stopped and we still got to enjoy upstairs.

Cold Cruise but still nice 😊 - Because it’s May, sunset is at 5PM+ so the claims that sunset views is inaccurate?
Maybe the timing should be adjusted based on the season. Staff was professional and friendly. Food was simple but fresh and delicious. Recommended more to go in the summer.

The deduction amounts are different, which means you are overcharging! - We placed an order on your website and the payment text stated that it was $80/person. We were two people and it was $160/2 people. However, after paying with an Australian bank card, I found that the amount deducted from my bank card was $243.05/2 people (an extra amount of $83.05). The amount was inconsistent and there was fraud! !

Disappointed with this Tour Company - We had booked a dinner cruise for my family with this tour company. We had a fire happened at our hotel right before our booking time. The hotel didn’t allow anyone to go back to our rooms so we couldn’t get ready or get any of our personal stuff. All we had in our hands were phones. We missed our dinner cruise. I had contacted the tour company for a refund. They had denied my request. We’re so disappointed on customer service on how they handled our situation where we had no control. We won’t be booking with your company again.
