A restaurant that has an essence that is summarized in 3 concepts: restaurant – warehouse – educational site, because with the same passion with which they produce their wines, the Zuccardi family produces excellent varietal olive oils.
A 3-course menu specially designed for this tour will be the finishing touch to the day.
- Bodega Zuccardi Valle de Uco - Zuccardi Family Olivar Zuelo. The quality of Zuelo oils is born in the care of the olives from its 260 hectares. from our own farms, guaranteeing the choice of the best areas, varieties and suitable times for harvesting. In the Zuccardi Family oil mill, they produce extra virgin olive oil, with the highest quality standards.
- Bodega SinFin - Bodega SinFin is a family business, dedicated to the production of grapes since 1975 and, currently, integrated into the production of quality wines. Convinced that wine transcends, excites and conquers, their philosophy is to create sensations and store them in each bottle to overflow at the right moment. SinFin wines express the value of the terroir, the work of man and seek to satisfy their consumers by ensuring quality.

We will discover the history of the production of their wines and they will invite us to taste them. As the perfect end to the day, we will enjoy a lunch specially designed for the tour.
It is not to be missed: we will tour the Zuelo Oil Mill, to learn about the production of olive oil, which will be included in each step of Pan&Oliva’s Mediterranean menu.
