Highlights
- 41 Stevens Rd - This is an elevated tasting experience of our key varietals, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
In 1965, Margaret River was compared to the famed Bordeaux region, with an agricultural report suggesting it well suited for premium wines, particularly ‘age-worthy’ reds. The rest is history.
Today, our corner of the South West produces some of the world’s finest Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
We invite you to join us in our Wine Room as you taste through Voyager Estate’s latest releases and museum vintages of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon to learn more about our winemaking philosophies. There is an opportunity to taste other wine styles if you wish.
You can enjoy this guided tasting with a member of the knowledgeable Wine Room team, or explore the wines independently, with a self-guided journey using extensive tasting notes.
Your tasting will be enhanced with a platter of local, national and international cheese and condiments.

Glorious day out - Voyager is a gorgeous estate. The wines we tasted were Excellent. Most of all, a special call out to Florian who was our guide and really took care of us.

Most incredible wine tasting, great value for money, recommend it to everyone! - We had the most amazing talk about all of the origin wines, we learnt so much and it was amazing to know why the wine tasted so good!

Cheese and wine tasting - Six wines to taste and a delicious cheese board beautifully presented, our host was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Winery is noted for sustainable viniculture - This premium winery practices sustainable farming and organic viniculture. Voyager Estate's wines have won a reputation for quality, in the Margaret River wine region and beyond. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay are especially prized and often sell out. By the way, the distinctive Cape Dutch architecture is especially notable.

Beautiful wines and delicious cheeses - We had a great tasting with Sean today. The wines are superb, and the explanations informative and entertaining. The venue is stunning too. The best wine tasting we have been to in Australia

UNFORGETTABLE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT VOYAGER ESTATES - First contact was with Adam via email. He wrote to let us know that the original activity we had booked had to be changed and offered options that was very fair and thoughtful. We loved the origins and tasting with cheese board. Our host Justine took us through beginning with a background of the estate. She even customised our tasting by asking each family member what we liked best and brought us another glass catering to each preferred wine before starting off. Wonderful array on the cheese board with jams that we were able to pair. Loved it. From the ease of booking till our drive away from the estate! Will be back!

Voyager winery is just as good if not better than we had heard - Excellent morning with a wine and cheese tasting, had a very knowledgable staffer really lovely person educate us ,strongly recommend a visit to Voyager Winery when you’re in Margaret River

Voyagers accessibility for wheelchair access - I visited voyager estate with my husband and friend to experience the origins tasting with cheeseboard. I am a disabled traveller confined to a wheelchair and found the venue to be fully accessible. On arrival we were able to park in the disabled bay which was close to the cellar door restaurant. Then we proceeded through the beautiful gardens on a cobbled footpath which was a little bumpy but very manageable. Entry into the building had two ramps on either side which I easily managed. Once inside we were greeted by Sandy who made us feel incredibly welcome and showed us to our table which was at a perfect level for me. The wine and cheese tasting was delicious and Sandy was very knowledgeable. We were then greeted by Adam the cellar door manager who also gave us a great insight into voyagers beginnings. When we finished we said our goodbyes and ventured out into the beautiful gardens for a wander around, we discovered the walled rose garden which took our breath away. Leaving voyager was very difficult because of its beauty, could have stayed there all day. Bridget Wicks
