In this short stop, we are going to visit a farmers’ market so you can be in a non-touristy place. Once there we provide you different exotic fruits you probably didn’t even know existed, with intense sour or sweet flavors.
This is around a 20 minutes stop that is on the way to Guatape but our guests have loved it so far, so we are sure you are going to love it too.
It is also a good opportunity to stretch your legs after 1 hour of sitting in the car before we reach the replica town, our next stop.

After retrieving you from your location in our private transportation, we proceed towards the east, venturing into the region of Guatape.
The initial stop of this Guatape journey allows you to sample a variety of unusual fruits, possessing flavors ranging from tart to sweet.
The next destination brings us to a replica of a submerged town; here, you’ll gain an insight into the lifestyles of the original drowned town inhabitants. The history of the town is narrated by your guide, accompanied with visual aids that show its past condition.
On departing from this model, we make our way to the colossal Guatape Rock or Piedra del Peñol where you are given the opportunity to ascend it. Upon reaching the summit, you may linger and revel in one of the most breathtaking vistas you’ve ever laid eyes on.
