Amazing experience but just be mindful of the extra entrance and activity fees and wear sensible footwear! - Exceptional day out as a family and our tour guide Kerem was fantastic. Considering his day must have started at 12am and he dropped us off in Marmaris around 4:30pm he was still bright and full of positivity throughout the entire day. He also gave us lots of help and extra information. I will give you a complete breakdown of the day with any tips for a more comfortable day. IMPORTANT BREAKDOWN -Comfortable shoes are important -There are changing facilities for swimwear at Pamukkale -There are extra entrance fees for Pamukkale per person. This is already mentioned but just be prepared. -No drinks are included. You will not go the whole day without. Take plenty of fluids or money to buy them. There are plenty of opportunities to buy drinks. -The same coach looked after us the whole day so we were able to leave baggage on our seats while we did activities. Keep this in mind if you want to take extra drinks. Pick up went very smoothly and the coach was comfortable with very good air conditioning. We had a short break to stretch our legs and get a drink at a fuel station before continuing onto the hot air balloon experience. Upon arrival we were looked after and shown everything we needed to do. Their main priority was that we had a good time. After the experience had finished and we had landed we were given a small celebratory drink and a physical certificate of our activity. We were then taken collected and made part of the journey towards Pamukkale. We stopped of for breakfast. This was a breaded type meal with some spreads (chocolate, honey, etc). No drinks are included in this so take plenty to drinks or have money to purchase drinks at the various stops. Before leaving for Pamukkale we were told that there was an entrance fee of £30 per person (or a rough conversion of 1050 lira per person) so be mindful of that general price guide when you go. There was also an extra 200 lira per person if you wanted to go into the hot water springs there. We then arrived at Pamukkale and were taken inside. Kerem gave us a brief guided tour and informed us of our meeting point. Once we escourted to the hot water springs he reminded us of the meeting point and the time we had to get back to him for. We then had 3 hours to spend in the local historical site, which for us began with using the hot water springs. There are lockers provided and changing rooms to get into your swim wear so you don't have to wear these the entire day. There was also photographers which were friendly and not pushy. They took your photos in the pools with your family and them you had the option to purchase them from the kiosk before you left if you wanted. 250 lira per photo or there were bundle deals for all of them. We then made our way to the area where everyone wants to go to with the calcium deposits and the small water springs to step into. You cannot wear shoes in these or sandles and are expected to go in bare foot. This area is extremely slippy and quite uncomfortable on your feet. Be careful. The area around Pamukkale is quite vast and has plenty of areas to explore. I would seriously suggest a very comfortable pair of shoes for this as we did walk quite a bit. Once we returned to the coach we were taken for a buffet type meal before we were returned to marmaris. Stopping off once on the way after 2 hours of our journey. Overall. An amazing day out.

Early start, but worth it! - We booked this trip last minute (after we received a last minute cancellation from another tour provider). We were very impressed with how quickly the trip was organised and with the communication we received from the operator and our guide, Kerem, regarding pick up times etc. Kerem was a wonderful tour guide and he was very good with keeping us informed on the itinerary for the day. Kerem was really helpful and he made sure our day ran smoothly. Kerem made sure that we arrived at Pammukle early in the morning before the crowds of other tourists descended, which was great! The hot air balloon experience itself was amazing and the sunrise was beautiful. If you’re thinking of booking the tour I would recommend it, we found it to be really good value for money and we had a lovely day.

An amazing day out - Our private tour with Kerem was fantastic, he made the day very relaxed and enjoyable for us. We knew what was happening at all times and had a great time! The hot air balloon journey was stunning, very smooth ride and the sunrise views were beautiful - great for the picture books After walking around the ruins and taking a dip in the thermal pool, we went for lunch. The food was probably the best we’ve had on a day excursion so far. Lovely day out, well worth the money

Hot air ballon pamukkale - Great trip, hot air balloon trip was lovely although the landing was a bit bumpy and it wasn’t champagne at the end - just fizzy strawberry. Ali our guide was very extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Great experience! - The transfer picked us up on time, the bus was clean and comfortable and there was regular breaks throughout the long drives. The balloon was incredible, being dropped off in time to see it being inflated and set up. The ride was smooth and felt safe and relaxing throughout. Pamukkale was beautiful, and there was ample time to see most of the main attractions and go for a dip in the Cleopatra pool (small extra charge). Meals throughout were decent. The only negative was the disappointing sales tactics employed by the balloon staff. They took pictures and videos throughout the ride and tried to pressure the group into buying as a whole (ie you couldn’t buy them individually, it was a “group price” of £200) meaning the few of us that wanted them would be paying substantially more than if we had the opportunity to pay separately - meaning no-one left with the photos/videos. This pressuring went on for time, souring the moment when we landed. Despite this I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone interested! Kerem was a great guide and kept everything running on time, and had plenty of knowledge about the attractions.
