Excellent tour - I am so glad Ali was our guide in Pamukkale. He was so friendly and accommodating whole day. Ali tought us lots of information about Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Thanks to him and his driver the experience was great. I definitely recommend Ali and his company.

Pummakale - We had a fantastic trip to Pummakle our guide was Sevda, she was great very knowledge the trip was amazing!! Well worth the 3 hour drive, the mini bus was very comfortable, with wifi and zircon, Hector tours are brilliant!

A perfect day! - Pamekkole was an extremely interesting and spectacular site. The whole experience was, however, embellished by our very capable and highly personable guide Sevda. She kept the whole group well informed and amused with her knowledge. I would recommend this trip - it had a flavoursome sit down meal to end a perfect day. Thank you Sevda (and the driver, of course!).

Pamukkale by night - Our guide Nur was very knowledgable and informative about the site and suggested the best place to see the sunset She was very happy to answer any questions snd always had a smile

Recommend to go to the aftrernoon trip - A good experience, was glad i went on the evening trip so everything cooled & quietened down, our guide Kadir was friendly and nice person, had good knowledge. Great views from Hierapolis amphiteatre, I definitely recommend climbing up there. 700 TL entry & 220 TL to bathe in Cleopatra's pool, so take with the cash!!!

Pamukkale is must to visit - We participated on the pamukkale afternoon (night) excursion. We really recommand to do this trip, pick up is 11:30 in front of our hotel and this is much better than the morning trip (pick up am). program: 3 h bus with 1 quick stop. and then there is unfortunately a stop what should be skipped , 30 min at a souvenir shop - it would be nice to use this extra time for pamukkale. In pamukkale there was 2.5 h free time, it is not enough to explore everything but this is the program schedule to all the excursion companyes. Overall pamukkale is a must to visit. extra fees: 700 try entrance and 200 try for cleopatra pool. The excursion company is very good and very cheap. They are super kind and helpful and nonstop avaible via whatsupp. recommended for all the excursions in Marmaris area. Our tour guide was Beste, she is very kind and speaks good english, she provided detail informations about the program.

Could have been better organised - Although the trip to Pamukkale was advertised as, A tour by night and away from the crowds.Hmmmm 🤔 Well everything started to pack up and close down at 17.30.never got the chance to swim in the pool.And everywhere was very busy.the salt/Mineral pools and terraces where very scenic but beware extremely slippery to walk on. It was a long day on the bus ,and a long walk if you want to see the whole area .Even though we set off 2hrs early.We never got to see everything.Too much too do, in the time allocated.And a long bus journey. The tour guide tried to help But they should have known in hand with the closing times.I would guess you would have to leave about 7am from Marmaris to get the whole day in. And don't advertise it as a night tour and quiet 🤫.

Pamukkale : could have been better - The good: Pamukkale and Cleopatra Pools are amazing destinations that is a must visit if you are in Marmaris. It is about 3 hours drive to Pamukkale. The coach was air-conditioned and comfortable. Good historical commentary by the guide. Improvements: 1. The trip could have been organised and managed better. The tour operator should have made it absolutely clear that the tickets have to be purchased by paying CASH to the guide (700 Liras for Pamukkale and 250 Liras for Cleopatra's pool per person). I had contacted the agents in advance with the same query and they assured me that payment can be made by card (on Whatsapp with Mete). However, the tour guide made me aware that he does not have a card machine and I will have to withdraw cash from the ATMs at Pamukkale - which I had to do with no other option and paid 280 Liras service charge. This was disappointing and could easily have been avoided with better communication. 2. Personally I would have liked to spend more time at Pamukkale white taverns (main attraction!). However, I felt rushed as it was getting dark. We entered Cleopatra's pool at 5:50 pm and had been asked to return back to the coach by 8:30 pm. Note there is a museum and ruins that are worth a visit. However, we did not have time to cover them. I think the shopping/technical stops should have been after visiting the main attractions. 3. The buffet dinner was not good. (Sorry! 4. The guide seemed a bit overwhelmed and out of control with the management of the group especially when it came to entering the Pamukkale site and Cleopatra's pool. 5. It was still very busy when we visited Pamukkale (around 6 pm). Hence, it would not have made much of a difference if I had taken the main morning tour to beat the crowd. Although I agree that I did see the sunset and it was much cooler. Note this visit was during the busiest season (August).
