Great fun - A really fun and relaxing experience. A fun way to see a traditional side of Turkey. I would recommend this trip to all tourists 👍

Turkish bath and massage - This was organised by Mete from Payless Turizm and was fantastic. Transfers to and from hotel and contacted the day before with clear times and instructions. When there you are ask if you want to pay for extras but there was no pressure if you didn’t want to. Highly recommended.

Relaxing - Very good experience! I really enjoyed the massage and the masseuse identified any issues with my body and recommended which massages to do to relieve it.

Turkish bath plus extras - Very easy to book and emails by return from Osman to confirm and keep me informed re pick up from hotel. Then a lovely couple of hours as I also booked extra reflexology and facial. All lovely and came away feeling I had much more movement due to the massages. Would recommend

Private Turkish bath experience - Booked the private Turkish bath experience through excursionmarmaris.com and mares travel agency and the agent was osman who was very fast, efficient and helpful, was able to book and receive confirmation through whats app and contact with any issues or questions. The private Turkish bath experience was absolutely great value for money purchased for a great price and there was no hard sell to take anymore than booked once you are there, this establishment was all lady staff and they gave a great hammam scrub and massage, very relaxing and comfortable, the spa itself is a little bit tired and could do with a bit of a refresh but it did not take away from the experience, great value for money and great service, will definitely return. Thank you

Amazing trip given by Karem - We went to the spa with Karen Fromm Mares Travel. The trip was amazing we added extras to our package but was well worth it so relaxed and face feels amazing. Skin all round feels great, Mares Travel organise shuttle for you free of charge which is a big plus. Will use this company again for all trips this holiday and future holidays

Kind. Helpful. Little English but so friendly. - The trip was good value for money. Lovely place. Acelya was really helpful and good at organising and accommodating us. Didn’t last as long as they said but was an amazing authentic experience

Extremely disappointing and rude - This was a really disappointing experience and the customer service since has also been horrendous. This was supposed to be a 2 hour relaxing experience but ours was about 15 mins. The driver forget to pick us up, our hotel manager had to call them for us to remind them to pick us up as we had been waiting ages, they picked us up 25 mins late, at 11:25 and we were returned back to our hotel at 12:15, even if they say the experience includes travel time/dressing time then this didn't even total half of what was promised when booking. They let you sit in a cold sauna for a couple mins, then wash you down then spend most of the time taking pictures of you which they want 20 euros for to be emailed to you, then a few mins massage. This was the worst experience, complete waste of time and money, not relaxing in the slightest. I got this for my friends 30th birthday present while we were away and it was so disappointing. I've contacted them since to ask for a refund but have been consistently ignored. It's also a complete lie in the description saying its in one of the last proper Turkish Bath buildings, not a hotel basement.... this is completely untrue it is in the basement of Pineta Park Deluxe Hotel. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.
