Great discovery - Very beautiful camel ride through the Palmaraie at sunset! The landscape was by no means desolate as feared (given the diseased palm trees and general waste problems), the palm grove was quite idyllic in the evening light. We were a small group and were looked after by two extremely friendly guides who were very concerned about our well-being and the safety of my three year old son. Traditional clothing was offered, but was not obligatory, individual requests were accommodated during photo breaks, and the guides' attitude was always discreet, even when cautiously asking for a voluntary tip for the young camel guide. Our camels were in good condition and the guides clearly treated them with care. There were also two little babies whose mothers had stools but preferred not to use them. When other tourists got too close to the babies, they were given the option to retreat. Great tour, good service provider!

Family camel ride in the PERFECT palm grove - Camel ride with our 2 children aged 5 months and 2 and a half years. It was great. The palm grove was magnificent. And the very nice guide. We will pick you up from your riad by car and take you back there afterwards. Perfect. Thank you so much.

A nice experience - The taxi pick up was efficient and friendly, this was the second time to experience camel riding. It was a good experience but i couldnt help but feel sorry for the camels i dont think i would do it again.

Poor service. Don’t book this - Booked last minute through viator. We were told to be outside of our hotel at 4:30 pm. Waited until 5 pm. No sign of Taxi, so decided to message viator. Advisor on chat was trying to contact the local company. Eventually I got hold of them myself to be told that we had booked it too late and that the taxi was not picking us up. We did get a full refund, but my wife was very disappointed as this was a treat for our honeymoon.. I would not book this again

Poor service. Don’t book this. - Booked this last minute as a honeymoon treat. Our hotel was outside of the of the pickup zone, but agreed to pay extra 40 Dirham to cover the cost of collecting us and dropping us off. Was told to be outside the hotel from 4.30pm. Waited until 5pm. Tried to call to see where the taxi was, eventually got hold of the local tour operator to be told that it was booked too late and that they weren’t picking us up, which took another 30 minutes to sort. Very disappointed. Did get a refund but disappointed my new wife when we found out.
