What an amazing day, from start to finish! - Youssef Kamchad made the day an experience not soon forgotten! His knowledge of the area is authentic- he took great pride in showing us his place of birth, explaining the Berber history and culture, and ensuring us that tourism is valued and appreciated! My daughters loved when he fed the dog and cat who obviously love him, the tasty chicken Tangine lunch, and visiting the women’s’ cooperative to see how argan oil is used in so many ways. Thank you, Youssef!

Our driver and guide were... - Our driver and guide were both so lovely, the camel ride was truly an amazing experience and the hike up to the waterfall was very enjoyable. The woman's argan oil cooperative proved to be a fascinating stop where we had a very nice breakfast and learnt how argan oil is made. It was a very fun day, one that I won't forget, and the value for money was exceptional 10/10 experience.

Exceeds expectations! - The van was very comfortable and the tour was fantastic! Our guide was kind and thoughtful. My family loved the camel ride and hike to the waterfall though it was a bit rugged for me, and I sat and chatted with a shopkeeper during the last part if the hike. Delicious tangible lunch!

Great day out - Great day out away from hot Marrakesh. Our guide Ibrahim collected us from our riad on time and was very informative, friendly. Trip is definitely worth doing and represents very good value for money. We went with our 5 year old boy and he really enjoyed himself and journey was ok so can recommend for going with children. Our boy enjoyed the most camel ride and being dressed for occasion.

Great! - We had a rough start due to the pickup time. We were told a time and then it was changed last minute, which made us have to rush out and miss our breakfast at the Riad. Our tour guide, Issmail, tried to make up for this by getting us coffee twice before we got to the tour breakfast, which I was glad about because we didn't end up having breakfast until noon. But everything about the tour was completely worth it. Issmail made sure we were all taken care of. He made sure everyone was having fun, answered all our questions, and kept us on track. We loved the tour and would for sure recommend it! We stopped to get organic oils, and I super regret not getting any. I thought I could get some at the market for cheaper, but it turns out everything we saw at the market was imitation. So, if you are interested in any of the oils, grab them there!

Fun filled day out exploring - A very full day out exploring with several different stop off points. Our guide Youssef Boura was great at keeping us all informed of how far to each stop it was and the order of the day. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and happy to answer any questions making the day fun and educational too. Lunch was absolutely delicious and a must have experience in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a day to explore outside of the city! We got our pick up time through trip advisor message the night before and then communicated on WhatsApp the morning off, our driver for the day was also super friendly.

Great experience but disorganized - My husband and I took this tour into the Sahara desert. We enjoyed the stops on route (especially, the monkeys) and the driver, Younes Kerroumi, was professional, friendly, and timely. He even helped us with some miscommunication and disorganization at the camp site. The camel ride was fun and they are treated very well - for an animal lover, this was very important to me. However, when we arrived at the camp, they had overbooked. From what I was told, some people booked through a riad and when those reservations are given to the people at the camp, they book for 4 people in 1 tent instead of 4 people in 2 tents, for example. We lost an hour of our time with this confusion. I tried contacting the local tour operator and he wasn't any help. I also contacted Viator who just referred me back to the local tour operator. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. However, on a brighter note, once it was figured out and my husband and I finally were shown to our own private tent with its own private toilet and shower. We then were able to go play in the sand, take pictures, enjoy the delicious meal they made, and dance to the beat of the drums by the campfire. The next day, we faced more confusion as the organizers at the camp didn't realize that we were staying for a 2nd night at a riad at the nearby town of Mergouza. We were told to wait while everyone else was transferred back to their respective cities/destinations while we just waited around for ours. An hour goes by and still no word on what is going on until I finally went searching for someone at the camp. The lady told me not to worry and our transfer will arrive in an hour. Okay - finally, we had a plan! :) The riad we stayed in on our second night, Riad Momouche, was absolutely amazing! A delicious lamb tagine for dinner and freshly squeezed OJ for breakfast. The pool was a bit chilly but refreshing in the hot desert sun. I would definitely go back and do this again WITH the reassurance that we have a private tent. ;) I would have given this tour a 5* but with the disorganization and loss of time, it lost a star.

Good - The tour is incredible, but we did miss some explanation about the sites, but it is very complete for the low price they ask for.

Very badly - I have not been able to do the tour, I waited for them at the agreed place at the time and called the number that appears, it is wrong, I sent messages to the chat and they did not answer, a fraud.
