Worth it - This was worth it. From the pick up to return. The food was great, the pilot was funny and we got surprised with music on board as well.

5/5 ✨ - The experience was breathtaking! We’ve been picked up as planned the had the tea and croissant. After that we flew with the hot air balloon and the guide was careful and funny as well. The experience ended with barber breakfast. We do highly recommend it!

Beautiful - It was a great experience and a great birthday present. The driver was punctual and very nice. Sonia informed us of the pick-up location and we could contact her at any time. When we arrived, there was juice, pastries and coffee while the balloon was being inflated. Then we got into the balloon and took off. We were groundless for about 50 minutes. Then we went back to the base and had a nice little Berber breakfast. All in all, it was really nice. The view was fantastic of the Atlas Mountains, the other balloons and Marrakesh. The sunrise was beautiful. We would love to go again :)

Totally worth it! - Great hot air balloon trip at sunrise. Amazing experience with all the safety measures. Peaceful environment followed by superb breakfast. Definitely a must while in Marrakesh!

Great morning - Great staff, amazing views, worth the early wake up! Flight was slightly shorter than an hour but still really enjoyed!

Disappointed - Was disappointed guide didn’t speak to us at all the staff at ballon place was very good and helpful .. ballon ride was meant to be hour and was 45 mins and was juts over the area we took off from and thought may have gone towards the mountain range … breakfast staff was freindly was juts cold hard boiled eggs and bread there was little down time and felt rushed also was listed as camel ride and yet was no mention or camels when I asked was ignored … amd was disappointed massively as this was for a friends birthday

Bittersweet Experience - There were 3 distinct moments: 1st We almost missed the sunrise, our driver simply didn't know where the balloons were, between comings and goings, we arrived at the place when the day was clear, the idea was to have breakfast before the flight.. 2nd The flight itself was very good, our pilot was incredible, always communicating and giving us safety, a rating of 10 for him and 1000 for the flight. 3rd After the flight we had to wait a long time (about 1 hour) until we finally arrived at the tent (already hungry) where breakfast should have been ready, but to our surprise it wasn't... Furthermore, the flight certificate was missing. Note: I don't know exactly what happened, it even seemed like they (except the pilot) were doing it for the first time... There was a lack of organization and care for our group on the part of Marrakech Ballooning... That's why I DO NOT RECOMMEND A BALLOON FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY..
