Great experience - Yousef and his crew were superb. Pickup up and drop off went very smooth. The balloon ride was fantastic. Yousef give us some very clear instructions before the flight and more information during the flight. The nice thing about this flight is that you are only with 6 passengers and Yousef in the basket which gives you the opportunity to talk to the pilot during the flight. There are some other companies where there are 24 people in the basket, which does to feel very attractive to me. After the flight we had a very nice breakfast in the desert. Jan and Christine

A must-do experience! - This was my first time in a hot air balloon and it was amazing! I loved that it was a small group so people weren’t blocking my photos. We went up so high and I was able to get amazing pictures and videos. Everyone was great from pick up, to check in and the safety tips. Each person got special attention because we were a smaller group and we were all able to get individual photos for our memories. I highly recommend doing this tour when you’re in Marrakech!!

The best experience ever!! - We have just got back from our trip to Morocco and our highlight was the hot air balloon ride we had with Youssef, he went above and beyond for us literally!! We made the trip from Agadir to Marrakech and he met us when we arrived in Marrakech and took us to the site, he made sure we were the first people there so we could take off first and get above the cloud safely to see sunrise, we took off about 10 minutes before all the other balloons and it was so personal with it just being me, my partner and Youssef in the basket, he was very informative and couldn’t be more helpful, it was one of the best experience of our life’s! I couldn’t recommend this company anymore! Some of the other balloons had 20 plus people in and we just don’t think we would have had as good as time as we did with it just being us! I’m scared of heights and he reassured me all the way through and made me feel comfortable! 5* review from us for sure 👌🏻 he was also a really good photographer!

A must-do if in Marrakech - Wow! This was a 1st class fun family activity. Simo picked us up (family of 5) at 06:15 this morning (2 April 2024). He was very friendly with excellent English and great driver. It took about 25 minutes to get to where we taking off from…. Tea or coffee and cake before lift-off and then we were away. Even those of us scared of heights loved it. A fantastic experience which will live long in the memory. So majestic and peaceful with magnificent views of the beautiful Atlas Mountains. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Very well organised and we had a fantastic morning. The breakfast at the end back on terra firma was most welcome and delicious. We would definitely come back - but next time we will do the earlier flight to see the sunrise (which means getting up nearer to 04:00😱)

Amazing Experience - This whole experience was fantastic! Mohamed and our driver Simo were kind, on time and very helpful. When we arrived we had tea the went up in the Balloon. The views were stunning. We ended the day with a great breakfast!

Excellent - Our trip was perfect from start to finish. Yuosef was very informative and communication was excellent. We were picked up from our hotel which made the early start so much easier. We choose the small crowd balloon flight and there was 5 of us , so it made the experience much more personal. Would highly recommend to anyone even if you are nervous of heights like me. I was reassured and the trip was rounded off by catching the sunrise

Fantastic experience - Perfect organization, pick up at 5.10 as agreed. Short trip of about 30 minutes to the camp, explanation for the hot air balloon trip. Youssef was very kind and professional. Magical experience, gives you a feeling of inexplicable peace. Even for those who suffer from vertigo (like two gentlemen present who had a great time). Breakfast after the hot air balloon ride needs improvement.

An amazing experience with the best balloon company!!! - Thanks so very much to Youssef and his crew for an amazing and unforgettable experience with his balloon flight! It was sooooooo worth getting up early for it! Youssef collected us from our riad in the medina and drove us (very carefully!) to the desert outside Marrakech, where we watched an incredible sunrise. We were able to watch the balloon being inflated and then… up, up and away! A truly magical experience, floating high above the desert, with views as far as the eye could see - gliding towards Marrakech city and the High Atlas Mountains covered in snow, with the Black Mountains behind us. Youssef was a really expert pilot, we flew really high and really far, there were other balloons but we were so glad we chose this company. When we landed, the car was ready and waiting to take us back to the launch site where we had a delicious breakfast, and then Youssef brought us back to our hotel. We were also really happy to hire the photography group he works with, looking forward to the drone photos and videos of our flight! All the guys were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Hot air balloon Marrakech - Very good experience, thank you very much to our driver Salmo who is top notch. The hot air balloon is a great discovery, you have to take the earliest slot to enjoy the sunrise ☀️.
