Highlights

Day 1: Marrakech / Ait Ben Haddou / Ouarzazate / Gorges

After meeting you at your hotel in Marrakech following breakfast, we will head towards the High Atlas via the Tizi-n-Tichka pass. This road ascends from the plains to 2260 meters above sea level, passing through small villages, waterfalls, and the ever-changing landscapes and colors of these stunning mountains. We can stop at the pass for a refreshing cup of mint tea and to admire the scenery before continuing to the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, where we will arrive in time for lunch. Here, we can visit the famous Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the filming location for movies like The Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia, The Legionary, The Sheltering Sky, and many others. We will then visit the town of Ouarzazate and the Atlas Studios, the largest and most renowned movie studios in Africa. Afterward, we will travel through Ouarzazate, the famous Valley of Roses, and the Dades Valley, reaching the Dades Gorge in time for sunset. We will stay in a traditional and romantic hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorges / Erfoud / Merzouga “Erg-Chebbi”

In the morning, after breakfast, you may take a walk through the Todra Gorges, and then drive along the road of the 1000 Kasbahs, passing through Tineghier village and the Jewish Kasbah, arriving in Rissani in time for lunch. We will take a walk in Rissani to see the large market and a Kasbah, then head towards Merzouga, arriving before sunset. From here, we will leave our car at a hotel and start a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi Dunes for an incredible and unforgettable night in a Berber tent, where we will have dinner under millions of stars and spend the night.

Day 3: Merzouga / Rissani / Ziz Oasis / Medilt / Fez

The following day, the camel guide will wake you up in time to watch the sunrise over the 300-meter-high dunes and then head towards the border with Algeria. We will return by camel to the hotel for breakfast and a shower before departing towards Fez. We will pass through Rissani, the first capital of the Alaouite dynasty, and continue through the Ziz Valley. We will stop for lunch in an apple village midway. Continuing through the mountains and cedar forests, we will reach Fez in the afternoon, marking the end of the trip. You will have the opportunity to stop at a few panoramic viewpoints to take pictures.

Best tour ever!!!! - It’s a wonderful and exhilarating tour. A long drive from Fes to Marrakech but there’s never been a boring day especially with our driver Hassan. He speaks fluent English , safe driver and tour guide, soft spoken and respectful. Love him and the tour we had. Highly recommended.

Unforgetable experience - We are looking for several places where we can take the tour from Marrakech to Fez. After several sites we found this that gave us a better price! The truth is that we were right! We made several stops to make the trip more enjoyable since it is quite a few hours by car. Sleeping under the stars is incredible, especially getting up in the middle of the night to see it. The driver was Mohamed! He was a great travel companion! A 10 person, always worried that we were well. He always explained everything to us, he solved any questions! Don't hesitate to contact them to take a tour! And if it is with Mohamed it will be perfect!

Worst desert tour available - Very bad experience, overpromise and underdeliver. There was no communication whatsoever during the trip to the dessert. Also it wasn’t safe at all and their only thought was getting us to the desert, no stops at any of the sightseeings just drove straight to the desert. Sandboarding is a scam, the don’t have it. And once you try to contact them they lie about not being available at the moment and then ignore you after 1 week of trying to contacting them.
