Amazing place to visit - Got pocked up from Marrakech at 07.20, stopped off for snacks and a coffee around 1 hour and 30 mins into the journey. Took another 90 mins to get there. Tour guide walked us around the top of the falls, and we got to see the rainbow , which was pretty amazing, we even had a stray dog walk down with us all, that was cute . He guided us down lots of steps ( tour guide said there were 500) it wasn’t too bad going down, met a donkey on The way down. On route we see the monkeys, you could feed them , were lots of people selling peanuts . We only see 4 monkeys. They were very close to us, was advised not to touch them , as they are still wild animals . Carried on walking down, got to the bottom of the steps, arrived at the raft/boat ride 40Dhm each, less than £3 each. Was taken right beside the falls, and got soaking Wet from the spray, was very refreshing, then went back for a second soak, made the whole of the people on the boat laugh. We all dried off before we even got off the boat. The oarsman took pictures of us all From our phones, which was nice , As soon as the ride was over , we was informed we had 30 mins to get back to the top as the coach would then be leaving ! It was never ending steps to get back to the top, not for the faint hearted. On the way back the coach stopped at a cave, more steps down, I didn’t go down husband did, he only went a quarter of the way down, and took photos, you couldn’t go in the cave, he said was no point going all the way down, most of the travellers only went a little way down. We all said we would rather of had More time at the falls than the cave. Didn’t have any time to have a look round the stalls there. We found the trip very rushed , down to the bottom, boat ride then back up the stairs to the coach waiting. Stopped off on way back at a restaurant , we had fresh baked wholemeal bread ( which we all found rather dry) with 6 different Meze dishes places on the middle of the table to share . There was plenty for the 8 people Sat at the table. The main was beef Tajine one large pot to share there wasn’t much beef in the dish . Lots of vegetables , and for dessert watermelon and galia melon, and not so very cold large bottles of water. Took over 3 hours to get back to Marrakech, with two other drop offs to different hotels. I’ve had a lovely time there , but felt it was rushed and would have like more time to spend at the water fall.

Highly recommend - Our guide Muhammed was great and we really enjoyed the trip. The waterfall is beautiful and my favourite part was going in the boat and getting super close to it (be prepared to get a bit wet). Would recommend wearing comfortable shoes as there’s quite a bit of walking down and uphill. Would highly recommend!

Well worth it. - Wonderful tour, was worth the long drive to see the falls and surrounding area. With a really fun boat trip. Amazing lunch with a waterfall view. Our guide Ahmed was really knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and organised to everyone's needs. And if you like monkeys it's also for you. Really worth it. Really good value for money and comfortable transport.

Worth the ride - Despite the long way Ouzoud Falls are definitely a must see experience. We went on a short hike around, got to see monkeys and rode a boat next to the falls. Traditional moroccan lunch was very delicious. Absolutely worth the money.

Lovely - Very lovely trip! Bus picked us up right in front of our hotel which was great and dropped us back in the evening. The waterfall itself was beautiful and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Only downside was the bathrooms being very dirty despite costing money to use.

Nice day trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls - A lovely trip. Pick-up and return to the hotel were included. You could also see how argan oil is made in a village. You can also see wild Barbary macaques. I can recommend the tour to anyone who loves nature and wants to see something different from the cities.

Very good experience - Aside the driver being almost an hour late, everything else was amazing. The drive to Ouzoud was smooth and the tour guide was very engaging, patient and knowledgeable. The falls had amazing views and the lunch served was great!

Disappointing Experience at Ouzoud Falls Tour - My experience with the Ouzoud Falls tour fell short of expectations in several key areas. Firstly, the departure time was significantly delayed. Additionally, the change of transfer vehicle to a smaller, simpler van was unexpected and not communicated beforehand. The advertised meeting point did not align with the actual location, causing confusion and frustration. Moreover, the scheduled break on the return journey extended far beyond the anticipated duration due to logistical issues, disrupting our plans and causing unnecessary delays. Furthermore, the demeanor of the driver was less than welcoming, displaying a lack of friendliness and seeming disgruntled throughout the trip. Despite these shortcomings, it must be acknowledged that the waterfalls themselves were indeed beautiful, offering breathtaking views and the guides at the falls were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, while the natural beauty of Ouzoud Falls was a highlight, the tour experience was marred by organizational flaws and subpar service, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer satisfaction.
