Memorable - Really memorable trip. Local guide was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend but beware of the 600 steps going down to the waterfall and back up lol

Amazing day! - Marvellous day around the Ouzoud waterfalls! It was quite a long journey to get to the waterfall, 3 hours to be exact but the 20 min break in between helped. We enjoyed the views and walk which was a bit of a hike through the beautiful forest. We saw monkeys and learnt about the Berber culture. The boat ride under the waterfall was incredible, they take you as close as possible to the bottom which does get you extremely soaked however it cooled us all down as it was a hot day. Overall the experience was amazing and I would recommend this tour.

Good escape from the city hustle to see 2nd largest waterfall in Africa - Bus picked us up from a central location in Jemma al-fma. There was no person there to greet everyone so when we arrived at 7:57 (pickup time 8a) there was no sign of our group. Other tour groups pick up there so don’t get on the wrong bus! About 15 minutes later they arrived to pick us up. We had two stops after to pick up other people as well. Our bus was in pretty bad shape. Very cracked leather seats (I had to wrap something around my hair so it didn’t keep getting caught.) The AC was on but very light. We saw other buses from the same company that looked much nicer, so maybe just our bad luck. Stopped at a typical tourist stop for bathrooms and snacks. They ask for tips but it is not mandatory. Arrived to the waterfalls and started the loop around with our tour guide Mohammed (different than the driver). While the driver spoke very limited English, Mohammed is very fluent. The top views are not very exciting so don’t be too worried about getting photos until you get to the bottom. As hikers, we found this part to be very slow with the group, stopping for rests every few minutes. Mohammed can answer any questions and shares a little about the area as a local. The path is scattered with fresh oj and water stands, ice cream, souvenirs, etc. The OJ is reallllly good so make sure to grab one! For $1.50 you can’t go wrong. They also had frozen waters which were a lifesaver as it was quite hot. Bring cash! The path is shaded in spots but also sunny in others. Someone from our group had to lie down from heat/exhaustion so consider fitness level before booking this excursion. I recommend shoes with some traction since the downhill path is made of dirt and it’s easy to slide. Since it was mostly tourists here, there were many more tank tops/shorts etc. than in Marrakesh, but always good to bring a cover up just in case. We did not have to pay extra for the boat ride as others have mentioned, it was included. Our group waited in a 15 min line for the boat, and then took the RT 10 min ride. There was no clear time allocated to swimming, so you have to make that call - probably a quick dip after the boat but before lunch would be best. There is nowhere to change. Most people did not go swimming. Lots of the locals jump off the bridge! The water is between 4-10m deep, so use caution. Lunch was very good! We agreed this was the best tagine of the trip!! It comes with a large water, bread, mint tea, olives, small veggie plate (beets, potatoes, tomato/cucumber), and then your choice of 3 entrees: chicken skewers and fries, beef tagine, or chicken couscous. The chicken skewers were also decent but we found the portion to be a little small. The tagine was much more filling with potatoes and veggies inside. It cost something like 260 MAD for 2. After lunch there is a paid toilet (or BYO-TP!). Then it’s up to the top. They said 500 stairs up but you have already done some to get to the restaurant, and then a path through some shops skips more so it was not very difficult. Take photos with the monkeys here at your own risk! Plenty of people offering small treats for them for some change, but they are wild so you can take photos without the treats for free. One kid did get scratched so I personally recommend just take the pics from afar and move on. It’s a long ride but overall we were glad to get out of the heat and see the second largest waterfall in Africa! Also fun to see locals having a day out. The ride has nice scenery with olive trees and small towns. We recommend this tour!

Made - Excellent excursion despite the 46° heat and the world, lunch (dessert main course) was good but more expensive than advertised (13 eur instead of 10 eur), excellent orange juices (not included) . Excursion very popular with tourists but worth a visit.

Thieves - Hello, my girlfriends and I were sick the day before and could not participate in the excursion. I informed the Marrakech travel service tour operator beforehand who told me to send an email to their company for a refund, which I did directly. Then afterwards no more answers, no return. I called him at least 10 times to no avail. I contacted tripadvisor as soon as I returned to France to get the refund. They tell me it's too late and I've done the wrong thing. MARRAKECH TRAVEL SERVICES are thieves. We were not able to participate in the experiment because of illness and they were never correct on the steps to be reimbursed. They're liars.
