Amazing experience - Me and partner have visited Marrakesh for the first time and fell in love with the food and culture. We decided to book a cooking class to learn how to make it at home. We booked through our hotel. Lamai personally picked us up from the hotel and took to his house for the cooking class. Upon arriving we were welcomed by his family and we were just amazed about the whole experience. They served us traditional Moroccan tea with some biscuits and explained a bit about the culture. We were then taken downstairs to the kitchen where we had our own aprons and cooking station. The lady explained everything in so much details and helped us throughout the cooking process. We cooked a chicken tangine, vegetable tangine, made some bread, cooked two different salads and made dessert! I never ate such delicious food in my life! I cannot wait to go back home and cook Moroccan food to my friends and family. We felt so welcome and we had such an amazing experience that I will never forget. Could not recommend this cooking class enough!

The boys like to cook at home and are looking forward to trying the recipes once they get home. Cooking classes at home - Thanks to Radijah, Rachida and Abdellah. This cooking class takes place like at home, with generosity, the desire to please and the quality of the lessons provided. We can only recommend these 4 hours spent with them. A first part of the course is given to us by Abdellah during which he teaches us the values of hospitality in Morocco, the preparation of mint tea, the discovery of spices. The second part of the course is given by Rachida, an experienced cook, with a smile that immediately puts you at ease. We participate in the development of recipes in his presence. And to finish, we taste our dishes in a typically Moroccan atmosphere. A moment of conviviality full of generosity that we will not soon forget 🙏

Absolutely brilliant experience with wonderful people Q 10/10 would recommend!!! (And I don’t say that lightly!) - Absolutely fantastic experience - incredible fresh ingredients, wonderful family and hosting, gorgeous tasting food and all round a brilliant introduction to Moroccan cuisine. The home was beautifully decorated (and with air conditioning!), the demonstrations were not rushed and gave plenty of opportunity to learn everything needed and even the recipe cards you receive at the end are amazing quality. All the small details were thought of and we finished with a Diploma 😁 would highly recommend for anyone looking for some fun, to learn some cooking all in a wonderful setting.

Great food, tea and hosts - What a delicious and delightful morning! Was very helpful they picked us up from the hotel and straight to their beautiful home! Everyone was so kind and funny. Was great to learn how to make the traditional food (and tea!) money well spent had a fantastic time thank you very much!

Introduction to authentic Moroccan cuisine. - An authentic Moroccan cooking experience. We were promptly picked up at the agreed location by the owner, Mr. Abdellah, and received a warm welcome at his home. We were first introduced to the traditional mint tea tradition. The Moroccan herbs were also explained in scents and colors by Asma, who is also the translator. Mrs. Rachida is the chef and will explain all the steps to you. She guided us in making Moroccan bread, a fresh tomato and hallouk salad, different tagines and Baghrir pancakes. Thank you chef Rachida for these fantastic flavors and colors. It was super tasty.

A super experience. - A super experience. First we were explained how to make real Moroccan mint tea. Then an explanation of the most commonly used herbs and then the cooking lesson itself. First it was demonstrated by the super chef Rashida and then we could prepare it ourselves. The whole thing was assisted by Asma who also provided the translations. And at the end we ate it nicely. We were promptly picked up by the owner Mr Abdellah and dropped off back home. The whole thing took place in a very professional environment. We would love to come back on our next visit to Marrakech
