Muncif- 10/10 service - This is a little late as I meant to write this a year ago. Nonetheless, Muncif, went above and beyond to make us comfortable on our trip. He drove us to and from the airport as we arrived and were leaving and also when we went to Essaouira. The bus was great with air conditioning and speedy WiFi as well as cool LED lighting. We were overjoyed to have heard from Muncif even when we were had come back home to the UK; he had informed us that a walking stick had been left behind and had asked our permission to donate it to a lady in need. Of course, we said yes. His service was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed conversation with him on our journeys. He is a great credit to the easy transfers company, which clearly has such high standards of its workers.

Essaouira visit - We have made my family and me today the day trip from Marrakech to Essaouira and we have hired it with Easy Transfers, it has been a fantastic day and everything perfect thanks to Adnan, he has been a great host and we are very happy with the treatment received.

It wasn't only private transfer - It wasn't only private transfer Marrakesh-Essaouira, but also great company of our driver Adnan, who told us many interesting things about life in Morocco - knowledge usally not available in guide books. And of course we had good, spacieus car and stops where we wanted. Greetings for Adnan and all Easy Transfer team, I hope to meet you again :-)

Perfect and comfortable - We had a perfect and safe trip with our driver Youness. The pick-up was on time and the trip had the expected duration.

Transfer to hotel from Marrakech Airport - Overall a good service, but on arrival their was no board with our name. Found the Easy Transfer stand and the girl there sorted us out. Though we had booked a private transfer, we were joined by another couple who were going to a further hotel, so fine by us as it didn't add to our journey. For the return journey, we asked for an earlier pick up, as our flight itinerary from British Airways stated the flight left at 13.45, but that didn't take account of Morocco being 1 hour ahead. A phone call to the Easy Transfer office and they arranged an earlier pick up, which in the end we would not have needed due to the time difference and the flight actually leaving at 14.45. Easy Transfer were very good in organising this, especially as British Airways had given a wrong time on our itinerary. Both drivers were very good, spoke good English and were very professional. Will be going back to Marrakech and would book with Easy Transfer again.
