Great experience! - Had a great time, the guide was nice too. The pick up was on time as well. Got everything that was written in the description (Quad bike, camel ride, mini snacks, plus moroccan clothes to change to during the camel ride). Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes and clothes you're not gonna wear again for the rest of your trip, unless you know you have the time to get them washed. Because your clothes, face, and hair would be covered in sand.

Great! - This entire experience was great and filled with emotions! Our guide was lovely and made sure to take as many pictures as possible to get long-lasting memories!

Amazing adventure - Fantastic experience, staff were good and very welcoming, from the quads to having tea in the dessert and the camel ride it was all an amazing 5* experience. I would 100% recommend this and will be booking again

Great way to finish a holiday! - Picked up on time from hotel, with call beforehand to confirm. Quad bike tour was great and longer than expected then break with mint tea before camel ride then back on quads for drive back to starting point before being dropped off at hotel. Great experience.

Quads and Camels!! - This was my second time in Marrakech and my second time using this tour. But this time decided to bring my kids and my sister. They really enjoyed the adventure, especially my little one. The team (organisers) were very accommodating. Will continue to recommend and use in future.

Great service! - Great service! Our family got picked up from our hotel and dropped off for an additional fee of 200 MAD,( which is a bargain ) because our hotel was outside the covered area! The team was great our quad Instractor was amazing and attentive with all of us , specially our children! He also took amazing pictures of us on the quad bikes! The tea time was amazing and the camel ride too, again they took time taking pictures of us and accommodating our kids needs!

Amazing quad bike and camel ride with excellent tour guides and good customer service. - They were very professional with excellent customer service. We could not go on the date booked as it was raining. They changed the date with ease and was on time for pick up and dropp off at the hotel. Amazing tour guide. The camel tour guide was excellent with a smile and excellent customer service. Will recommend them 100%.

TO FLEE !!!! - We booked one hour of camel riding and two hours of Quad! The camel went well, but the Quad, a disaster, there was nothing to see. The guide was nonchalant We did 20 minutes of Quad, and we stopped to take photos by "a photographer" Then, a child threw himself on my arm and that of my companion to put a bracelet on us and then be paid. It is unacceptable. And so, we left after 20 minutes, we returned even though we had reserved two hours of Quad! The walk was rubbish, apart from trash that’s all we saw! and the tripadvisor customer service number Does not work, and we cannot get a refund!!! I strongly advise against it, it’s a scam!!! TO FLEE !!!!!!

Not as described - So I’m not saying we didn’t enjoy our time - but it’s not as described. We were supposed to get hotel drop off and pick up — which we didn’t. The pick up we requested at the Medina since we had another tour that was scheduled to end around the beginning of this pickup time so we thought it would be silly to drive all the way back to the hotel just to go back to the Medina where all the other pickups are.. but we did say to the driver that we wanted to do hotel drop off which he said he could not do for some reason (everyone else got dropped off at their hotel).. we didn’t argue since we didn’t know that getting a cab from Medina at night was pure chaos and a huge rip off.. cost 3x the price as coming there that morning! The experience itself was fun.. the quads are not well maintained .. mine broke down. My husbands broke down. lol. We had to have them switched out and on the ride back my husband had to share a quad with the tour guide who would have otherwise been stranded haha. I was following them and looked like the back tire of his quad was going to fall off so .. I’m glad that didn’t happen since all 3 of us would only have one quad to get back. The Berber tea was nice.. I loved the warm bread, but I wish there was more of it and more than just a cup of tea.. entire group had to kind of share. Then the camels which was something I’ve been looking forward to my entire trip. They are amazing and so beautiful but sadly they aren’t taking good care of them,. They had missing hair and sores .. especially around their harness areas on their nose and the experience ended up more sad than thrilling since I was worried they were in pain or being mistreated. Please please vet the people that do these events.. I know this is probably not your company doing these tours but at least make sure that the animals don’t look abused or sick when you select who you do business with.
