Highlights
  • Marsa Alam - Our friendly representative will pick you up around 5 am (depending on your hotel location) and drive towards Luxor (it takes about 4 hours to get to Luxor). Enjoy all the natural views along the way to Luxor, including mountains, villages, plants, and animals, and take unique photos of the real culture.

  • Temple of Karnak - Arrive in Luxor. Open your eyes; you are in Luxor, the land of true civilization. Our first tour will be the Karnak Temple. Walk along the Avenue of Sphinx to enter the complex as your guide explains how the massive facade was constructed. On entering the Temples of Karnak, you will see each legacy left by the various pharaohs as the complex grew even larger. The deeper you go into the complex, the further back in time you will travel, with the oldest ruins dating back over 3,000 years. Walking through the Great Court into the Great Hypostyle Hall, it’s hard not to be overwhelmed by the 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest. At the rear of the complex, you will find the sacred lake where centuries ago pharaohs and their offerings to the gods were purified. After a tour of the complex, you will have additional free time to explore at leisure.

  • Valley of the Kings - Cross to the famous west bank of Luxor to visit one of the most famous sites in Egypt, the Valley of the Kings. You’ll visit the necropolis of the ancient city of Thebes. Arriving at the Valley of the Kings, the burial place of the kings of Thebes (ancient Luxor), listen well to your expert tour guide who will inform you in detail about the great history of the tombs there, such as the famous tomb of Tutankhamun.

  • Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - One of the most striking monuments in Egypt. Your guide will introduce you to the history of the temple and the story of Queen Hatshepsut, the famous female ruler of Egypt who posed as a male to gain the throne. There is free time to explore at your leisure as you wander the large courtyards and admire the intricate hieroglyphic decorations.

  • Colossi of Memnon - A brief photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon, which mark the site of the funerary temple of Amenhotep III. These two giant statues standing tall and proud on the West Bank are all that remain of the ancient complex. After the splendid day tour, drive back to your hotel in Marsa Alam with unforgettable memories.

Trip in Luxor - It’s really amazing trip in Luxor, even we just spent 5 hours with the guide. Let me explain why, we met an unexpected heavy rain in 1st Jan 2022, it ruined my planned trip to Luxor on 2nd Jan. I had ordered the ticket from Hurghada to Cairo, so we have very limited time to complete a nice trip. However, the excellent driver and guide help us. The driver is really super good driver, he drives fast and know the road conditions very good. The guide is experienced guy with more than 20 years working experience, he is like an expert on ancient Egypt culture. He customized the amazing trip for us and we visited KV and many temples. We are really enjoy it and we will come to visit Luxor with him again.

Great experience - Fantastic day trip to Luxor. Pick up from Marsa Alam was around 5 am and we got back around 10pm. Said was our guide who was extremely knowledgeable. We also had the Nile boat trip which you have to pay separately -10 euros per person. The sights are amazing, we were glad we took this trip.

Awesome Tour - A fantastic trip. We were a very small group just four and our guide Said and driver Mahmoud were the best that we could have asked for. Anyone would be extremely lucky to have them - Said explained everything in great yet concise detail and knew the answer to all our questions he always gave his explanations in the shade meaning that we didn't roast ourselves in the sun, whilst Mahmoud really made our transfer times as short as possible since he knew all the quickest routes to take. We got to see a great deal, firstly having a stopover for refreshments halfway to Luxor, then heading strait to Karnak, after which we opted for a trip across the Nile before grabbing lunch and heading to see the Colossi of Memnon, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Valley of the Kings. In the Valley it is necessary to pay extra in order to take pictures 200LE and also for entrance to Pharaoh Tutankhamen's tomb 250 LE. Before the Valley you also get the chance to visit a genuine alabaster workshop and see how amazing sculptures are made out of the rock and buy something if you so wish. Overall it was a trip worth every single penny and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Moreover, if you book ahead of time I would phone up and request Said and Mahmoud - you won't be disappointed!

Awesome Tour - The trip was great. The bus arrived on time. The guide was called Ahmed, he knew really good German. He really explained a lot about life, traditions and culture, but he was also able to explain the entire history of the empire in years. He responded well to all questions. Seeing the locations and all the details of the Egyptian sculptors was phenomenally great. Of course the bus ride was a bit exhausting, we tried to sleep which was also possible in the pretty good bus. The outward journey was also an experience with all the people and the landscape, there was also no thought of sleeping :-) We also tried as much as possible to give enough time for photos.

Great experience, wroth the price - First of all - our english guide Noor was a very nice lady with heaps of knowledge. She gave us a lot of information and somehow it never got boring as she was approaching the ancient history in a funny, more relaxed and entertaining way - loving it! They also give you plenty of time to do the proper walk around and to take all your photos on each location which is gold. Therefore the atmosphere on this trip was great and so was the food in the restaurant she picked. The drive with the stop took us around 5 hours and the van was clean and modern. It is equipped with USB slots for charging your phone so just bring the cables with you and you’re all set. They also brought us the bottles of fresh water several times. Overall I really recommend booking this tour, you won’t regret - Luxor is stunning!

Fantastic tour - guide with perfect knowledge and great spelling skills! hany was our guide and he was simply awesome. Everything announced was visited and customized to our needs. With a small group of 4 it was very great. From the pickup by a well air conditioned micro bus to the drop off at the hotel, everything was wonderful. Everyone who has the chance to go for it, don't hesitate it's 1000 percent worth it. Thanks again to the people who organized the tour and thanks to hany for the day!!

Highly recommended - I enjoyed this day tour very much. My guide Nana was very nice and very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, showed me the best picture spots and also took pictures for me. It was definitely worth it to see all the archeological sites in one day, and it’s nice to have the van with air conditioning to go from one place to another, because it gets massively warm during the afternoon. The restaurant we had lunch with was also nice, it was nothing special, but it had air conditioning and the food was nice.

Fantastic Day Trip To Luxor - This tour was extremely fantastic. It's an early start to Luxor and a long journey but totally worth it. You can see a lot on the way to Luxor . Be warned, the driving in Egypt is completely crazy but the driver was very experienced and we felt very safe. Our lovely guide Mustafa, met us at our hotel in Marsa Allam and he took us to some incredible sights. he's very friendly and so knowledgeable. he told us a lot about the history and we learnt so much - really fascinating and mind boggling. We especially loved the Karnak Temple and kings Vally, and our delicious lunch by the Nile. I went on this trip with my 2 teenage children and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I definitely will recommend this trip and this travel agency to all my family and friends.

Great Day - It's really great experience to swim and dive in the red sea, that's why I went to Marsa Alam in Egypt. I decided to spend 10 days in Marsa Alam, after six days I decided to do a day trip to Luxor, to see real Egypt, I booked the trip online. The way to Luxor was so interesting, Upon arrival to Luxor we met our tour guide, then we went to the west Bank of the Nile, we visited The Valley of the Kings, we went inside three ancient tombs with a lot of paintings inside, after that we went to Hatshepsut temple, then to the restaurant to have our lunch, on the way to the restaurant we stopped by the colossal statues of Memnon. After lunch we crossed the Nile on a motor boat, then we did the Karnak temple, it's really a big temple which was built thousands of years ago. Finally we drove back to our hotel in Marsa Alam. Thank you very much

Amazing trip!! - During my visit to Marsa Alam in Egypt to enjoy the red sea, I knew that I could travel to Luxor for one day, I booked a private day trip to Luxor, me and my girl friend, the driver came to us on time,he was really a good driver, we felt safe with him, even we slept in the car, we had a toilet stop on the way to Luxor, we had coffee too. Upon arrival in Luxor the tour guide was waiting in Luxor, his name is Hazem Hassan, he speaks English fluently, he gave us a lot of information about Karnak temple and life in ancient Egypt. After visiting Karnak temple we went to the restaurant. After lunch we saw the colossal statues of Memnon, then we visited Hatchepsut temple, finally we went to the valley of the kings. Then we drove back to Marsa Alam. It was really a great informative experience, I'll back again. Thank you very much
