Beautiful tour - We traveled to Kandy by train and were very lucky to have met Denesch there. We liked him straight away and so we booked two tours with him. We really enjoyed it and Denesch took our wishes into account. The tours were very nice, we saw a lot. It was a great experience and we would book the Lanka Safe Tour again at any time.

Solo mish out to Dambulla & Sigiriya with tour guide Lalith - Where do I start?! Ended up being a solo trip but was lucky enough to have Lalith as my guide who made feel right at home. Stopped off for some delicious local breakfast along the way, checked out Dambulla cave temple and saw heaps of monkeys. Lions rock in sigiriya was sick and Lalith helped me get tickets and pointed me in the right direction. Finished off with a coffee at the bottom of sigiriya rock, wholesome day indeed. cheers Lalith!

Great way to spend the day! - My partner and I had a great day with Lali, he went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional day. Booking this day trip is a great way to hit all of the highlights outside of Kandy without having to plan much yourself, the experience was completely relaxed and care-free, we saw and learned a lot about Sri Lankan culture and everything was taken care of for us even down to road side snacks like king coconuts and fresh corn. Thanks Lali for an amazing day and your wonderful service!

Really good trip with really nice and accommodating driver - We had the pleasure of Supun as a driver on a really nice trip to Sigiriya Rock and Dambulla Cave Temple. On the winding roads of Sri Lanka he drove really nicely and he had a lot to tell about Sri Lanka and its culture, history and society in general. He answered all our questions and was really friendly. We were very positive about the trip, which in our case lasted from 8-17. We had finished sightseeing earlier, so Supun stopped at a few factories/shops that were not on the original route. It was very interesting and nice that Supun took the time to utilize our excess time. All in all a really recommendable experience!!

Good times. - Had a great time on this trip. Lali, our guide was excellent, super friendly and handled the crazy roads with ease. I would highly recommend him and the tour. - The herb garden was better than we thought. It is a bit of a sales pitch but we enjoyed it - The cave temple does insist on below knee covering and they will gladly rent you something. - Sigiriya is amazing. Quite a climb and queues at times but it's all worth it.

Fabulous experience - We thoroughly enjoyed this trip all thanks to our wonderful driver Indika. Indika was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great insight into the culture of Sri Lanka. We stopped at a very colourful and vibrant Hindu temple a lovely herb and spice garden, the Dembulla Cave Temple, Sigiriya Lion Rock and after working up an appetite, we were able to hop on a tuk tuk that took us to an incredible little paradise where we were shown how authentic Sri Lankan food is made. We had great fun trying out the techniques for ourselves before sitting down to a delicious meal. We then hopped on a little boat on the lake where we had a lovely view of Sigiriya in the distance. Not only this but Indika took the time to stop off at little street stalls so we could try the King Coconut and buy some very tasty mango. Indika did not make us feel rushed in the slightest and we truly enjoyed every minute of the day. I'd highly recommend booking as unless you're in the know, there are so many hidden gems you could miss out on! Thank you :)

Excellent experience! - Our experience with Lali as our driver and guide for the day tour was exceptional. Lali provided a lot of useful information about the places we visited and Sri Lanka in general, making it both enjoyable and informative. His flexibility and reliability added a seamless touch to the day, ensuring we had timely breaks and lunch at a super good local restaurant. Lali's punctuality, being ready 15 minutes prior to departure, reflected his commitment to providing a top-notch service. The day took around 11 hours, but Lali kept the mood high all day! Lots of recommendations for him and this tour specifically.

Recommendation - Our driver, Lali, came to pick us up at the hotel earlier than the appointed time. On the way, we talked about various things and responded properly to all our questions and requests. The restaurant we were taken to for lunch was Sakura Restaurant, a clean and very delicious local food restaurant, buffet style, basically curry. In Sigiriya, we arranged for an English-speaking guide, who was also an excellent guide, and a great man who knew the best photo spots and angles. I actually wanted to go by tuk-tuk, but considering the distance, I recommend a car.
