Must do for all levels of experience! - We booked this experience last minute via our hotel and were blown away. My father (a rider of 40 + years experience) and myself with 16 years experience riding absolutely loved it. We chose to do a beginner level tour that went through the traditional town and down the cliffs on the other side. We were 2 out of 6 and the only riders with any experience. The 4 complete beginners had experienced riders/guides that lead them with a lead rope the entire way which made the experience very safe. We were given horses to match our abilities and even allowed to walk at the back of the group occasionally trotting. The stables and horses looked very well maintained with a toilet and water fountain on site. They take your experience into consideration and even had a small lesson for the beginners. They use very comfortable western saddles and take very good care of you. We had a young guide originally from France who was amazing, spoke great English and gave a very good introduction lesson. This tour is perfect for all levels of experience from very first ride to life time rider. You won’t be bored or scared.

A Must-Do For Horseback Riding Fans! - As a couple who do horseback riding trips on most of our vacations, we really enjoyed this one! It was fun to trot through the town of Megalochori as well as visit the cliffside with sweeping views of the water. Well worth it if you enjoy horseback riding on your vacations too :)

It's so exciting to walk with horses - The horses are very beautiful and well-behaved, which makes me feel at ease riding them. The places we go are very beautiful, and I am very satisfied.

Horse ride in Greece, totally worth it! - The company that my daughter booked had very well mannered and well cared for horses. During the off season, November, we had a very comfortable and peaceful ride. Each horse was designated based on our riding experience and everyone had a great time. In the hour we rode we got to ride in the city as well as along the cliffs for great pictures. Our guides were friendly and helpful for great pictures. This tour was a highlight to our trip.

A Must Do Experience! - Awesome experience riding along the Caldera cliff and taking photos at the top. The horses were in good condition also.

Highly recommend - The tour was awesome, the tour guide is very nice and friendly, highly recommend 👍🏻 They just know the way, and guided us to the caldera for photo taking. And it’s safe too 👍🏻

Make sure you plan - We had some possible bad weather, so not the companies fault, however, they changed plans and times 3 times on the day of, and then it ended up being at the scheduled time. I had to move my transport from Oia multiple times, which is not easy as a foreigner, and they didn’t seem to understand how difficult it is when you are visiting, to plan these things out. Also, if you are staying in Fira or Oia, plan on spending $45 each way to get there and back, if you are talking a taxi. If I knew this, I would have planned better and gone early and had lunch in the little town you ride through, or done something to make it more with the time and money. The family is nice, the houses are beautiful, and it is a nice ride, but it is very touristy, and you get the sense that they really don’t care about you. Like on our way to get dropped off at the pickup spot, they didn’t speak to any of us at all.
