Extraordinary experience - My experience with Girafa Tourism was simply amazing! From the first contact, I noticed the organization I, the punctuality and, above all, the respect and deep knowledge demonstrated by the team. My husband and I conducted several tours, all contracted through a folder provided by the hotel. I found very interesting the fact that the hotel delivered us various options, without specifying any particular company, allowing us to make a free and conscious choice. We chose Giraffe for both fair values and the variety and clarity of the presentation of the material. The WhatsApp response was quick, polite and extremely clear, making the entire scheduling process even easier. On the first tour, we were accompanied by the Guide Maysa, who soon won our sympathy with his attention and dedication. On the following tours, we had the pleasure of meeting Carol the Netinho and Tereza. Each with its own special way captivated us – whether by joy, laughter or affection. Tereza was especially caring, coming to give a birthday present to my husband when I learned about the date, which left us so delicately excited. Carol had a lot of fun with her light and friendly way, teaching us local expressions like "stribado" and "strragado", which brought even more closeness to the Cearense culture. Among so many special moments, the experience with Netinho was also remarkable. His "class" on the value and history of the Cearense people deeply moved me. He so proudly conveyed the resilience and strength of this wonderful people that I will forever carry these teachings with me. Besides the breathtaking landscapes that Fortaleza provides, what really enchanted me was being able to get closer to the Cearense culture. I came home with an incredible sense of gratitude, not only for the natural beauty I had the opportunity to see, but mostly for the learning and for the unforgettable moments that the Girafa Tour has provided us. Tour in Cumbuco CE - - Our Thai Guide (GirafasTour), gave us great tips on tours in Cumbuco CE. Regarding the day tour 10/09/2024, we spent the day at Chico do Caranguejo, excellent service and diverse dishes, with swimming pool and water parks and live sound. We found the sea (strand) very dangerous for swimming, for people who are laity in swimming, because it is open sea and with strong waves. Our final tour score 8.3

Cumbuco Tour - We took a tour with Girafatur (Guide Larissa) to the beach of Cumbuco. Excellent walk. Super attentive Guide. I recommend closing with them.
