You will be greeted by one of our tour guides in either one of our 14-seater white Mercedes-Benz buses or one of our 20-seater buses at 8.35am, where we will check you in and pick your seat. The bus leaves promptly at 9am or earlier if everyone has arrived. Late arrivals cannot be waited for.
If everyone arrives early and we depart early, then we can stop half way for a coffee and look for kangaroos (weather dependant).
- Yarra Valley - Just a 60 minute drive to get you to your first winery. (30 minutes on the freeway and 30 minutes through the countryside and vineyards, passing through the lovely town of Warrandyte).
- Soumah - We visit Soumah every day. You will enjoy a guided tasting of five different wines, varying from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo and Brachetto. You will be sure to find something pleasing while overlooking the rolling hills of the vineyard and the majestic Warramate Hills.
- Four Pillars Distillery - We visit Four Pillars every day. Here you will enjoy three of their gins. (Or we can walk you over to the incredible Payten & Jones for a wine & Spanish vermouth tasting or one of their dozens of international beers they have on offer).
- Payten & Jones Wines - If gin isn’t your thing - Payten & Jones for a Wine & Spanish Vermouth tasting consisting of Sangioveses and Tempranillos. This is a 10 second walk from Four Pillars, so we can easily split the group up here depending on your preference. If you do not want a wine tasting, then we will happily buy you a beer from one of their dozens of international beers they have on offer!
-
Hubert Estate - We visit ‘Quarters’ restaurant @ Hubert Estate every day for lunch and a look around their indigenous art gallery on the floor below their cellar door. If you brought your own food, you can eat it somewhere away from their grounds. We will sit in the restaurant and enjoy lunch together. Food and drink are not included in the tour price here, as to give you more freedom to enjoy whatever you choose for your lunch. They offer a wide variety of fantastic food here and cater for all dietary requirements.
“With a menu full of Modern Australian and European inspired dishes, Quarters is perfect for foodies, families, and everyone in between. Think succulent steaks, vibrant local veg, and delicate, flaky fish.
Feeling extra hungry? Try some pasta, handmade on site, and our incredible (yes, incredible) woodfired pizza, unlike any others in the region. Lucky everyone has a second stomach for dessert, because our dedicated team of pastry chefs will tempt anyone with a sweet tooth.” - Domaine Chandon - - If you are quick with lunch, we will happily run you to Chandon for a photo opportunity of the beautiful view. It depends on their busyness as to whether they can offer you a table to buy yourself a quick drink or not. This stop is not always possible on public or school holidays or Saturday & Sundays
- Yarra Valley Dairy - If anyone from the group wants to stop in here for 5 or 10 minutes to buy some take-away cheese, then that will not be a problem at all. This is a bonus stop so there is no time for a cheese tasting. Any cheese purchased here is not included in the tour price

Visitors can watch the chocolatiers at work, sample their products, and purchase gelato and gifts to take home.

After years of providing private group tours for friends, family and businesses, we realised how much we love to please people and try and go the extra mile to see a bigger smile at the end of the day.
So we built out our new Yarra Valley Public Tour that has the necessary itinerary but also has flexibility to split up the group depending on their preferences on wine, gin, food and chocolate.
Most days you will find yourself being driven by the owner. If he is having a rare day off, you will be in the capable hands of one of his few trusted tour guides that also share his ethos of ‘Going the extra mile to see a smile’
