- Four Pillars Distillery - We visit Four Pillars daily. Here, you will enjoy three of their gins. (Alternatively, we can walk you over to the incredible Payten & Jones for a wine & Spanish vermouth tasting or one of their dozens of international beers on offer).
- Innocent Bystander - If gin isn’t your preference, let us take you to the Innocent Bystander Winery for a wine tasting. The great thing about this winery is that if you love the wines in the tasting that we cover, you’re in luck. The wine they sell here is among the most affordable in The Yarra Valley.
- Payten & Jones Wines - If gin isn’t your preference, Payten & Jones offers a Wine & Spanish Vermouth tasting featuring Sangiovese and Tempranillo. This is a 10-second walk from Four Pillars, so we can easily split the group based on preference. If you prefer not to have a wine tasting, we will happily buy you a beer from their selection of international beers!
- Domaine Chandon - If you are quick with lunch, we will gladly take you to Chandon for a photo opportunity of the beautiful view. Availability of a table for a quick drink depends on their busyness. This stop is not always possible on public or school holidays or Saturdays & Sundays
- Hubert Estate - We visit ‘Quarters’ restaurant at Hubert Estate daily for lunch and a tour of their indigenous art gallery located below their cellar door. If you brought your own food, you can eat it away from their grounds. We will dine together in the restaurant. Food and drink are not included in the tour price here, allowing you the freedom to choose your lunch. They offer a wide variety of fantastic food and cater to all dietary requirements. “With a menu full of Modern Australian and European inspired dishes, Quarters is perfect for foodies, families, and everyone in between. Think succulent steaks, vibrant local vegetables, and delicate, flaky fish. Feeling extra hungry? Try some pasta, handmade on site, and our incredible (yes, incredible) woodfired pizza, unlike any others in the region. Save room for dessert, because our dedicated team of pastry chefs will tempt anyone with a sweet tooth.”
- Yarra Valley Dairy - If anyone in the group wants to stop here for 5 or 10 minutes to buy some takeaway cheese, that will not be a problem. This is a bonus stop, so there is no time for a cheese tasting. Any cheese purchased here is not included in the tour price

Pull up a stool or lean on the worn wooden bar as you are treated to a presentation of boutique wines, all grown and made on site.
