Sensory Experience - Today’s visit was very enjoyable. We pre-purchased our start time tickets and the experience was not overcrowded. The main feature being the video from various screens about Leonardo Da Vinci’s life and work was fantastic. Plenty of information to read on boards and we happily spent nearly two hours there.

Run, don’t walk. - Run, don’t walk to The Lume. It is a feast for the eyes and ears. Well worth the $$, and time. You could easily spend a few hours enjoying the exhibition and then come back and see things you’d missed first time around. This is the third exhibition at The Lume that we have seen and are looking forward to seeing more.

Spectacular Exhibition - My wife and I visited The Lume to see the works of Leonardo da Vinci. We paid extra for the Flyover Florence Virtual Reality experience, which turned out to be a mediocre 3 minutes of seeing mostly rooftops of buildings in Florence. We have been here when The Lume first opened a few years ago, to see Vincent Van Gogh's works and later on, to see the works of Monet and Friends, so we already knew what to expect. This exhibition is spectacular and it was very interesting to learn more about Leonardo Da Vinci and his brilliant creations. The music was also excellent to be enjoyed along with the visual delights.

Amazing - The Da Vinci exhibition was amazing. Beautifully executed. Definitely worth a visit. You could just be on the bean bags provided or on the ground like I did for the best view :) The cafe is a must visit as well.

Brilliant! - Engrossing, Enthralling, Entertaining! Excellent insight into Da Vinci's capabilities- mostly discovered few hundred years after his demise. This goes beyond his famed Mona Lisa & The Last Supper (though you will learn a lot more about these too). Choose a weekday, earlier session to avoid the hoardes. Best vantage point to view projections will be the mezzanine level upstairs (lift for those in need). Take a break at the onsite Cafe Medici & watch the creation of the Last Supper while you do so. Superbly curated - this is also an interactive museum style exhibition with Da Vinci's engineering, architectural & other designs re-created to view. His anatomical sketches are so detailed that my imaginative mind had this unsettling vision of macabre dissection by candlelight..! The other famous Renaissance artists are also presented - larger than life that illuminated details I totally missed while viewing the originals in Italy. The accompanying classical arias, concertos, the quotes + info added to a gobsmackingly awesome experience...I spent hours in here! There is also an Art studio to emulate his sketches & other interactive exhibits. All included in entry tix but VR fly over Florence is extra which you can buy tix inside. Not to be missed!

Another exceptional experience - Absolutely wonderful experience, I learnt a tremendous amount, not only about Leonardo Da Vinci, but how to approach life. The Florence flyover was fantastic and my granddaughter was thrilled to have flown under the bridge. Thank you for a wonderful time.

excellent exhibit, disappointed in the car park staff - Wonderful experience. Have seen all the exhibits at the Lume and it never disappoints. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, I was expecting the token fare you get when the dining is secondary to the shows. Staff were nice and friendly. The only disappointment was when we were leaving the car park. The gift store attendant validated our parking ticket ($12). When we were leaving we inserted the validated ticket into the machine at the boom gate. It didn't work. We pressed the assistance button and were told we have to pay anyway. Now, it's $12. Not a fortune. But when you spent $90 on tickets, $87 on lunch and $120 in the gift shop, surely a validated parking should be honoured?
