Amazing Tour And Guide - AMAZING TOUR GUIDE!!! Hernan is awesome - make sure you ask for him! He is patient and kind and was extremely knowledgeable about the archaeological sites. The trip starts early - but don’t mind that!! It’s for a reason. You will be glad to be out of Chichen Itza before the crowds descend The next stop is a private family cenote which is underground!! Awesome site ! And the delicious food they provide is authentic Yucatan! The last stop is a temple pyramid that you can climb. So. I know you can go the tourist route and take the tour bus with 100 people and go to the “popular “ destinations - but my family and I prefer that private personal experience which this tour provides. I give it 5+ stars Highly recommended. It provides up close and personal view into local family life, authentic food and gives you two pyramids plus a private cenote for the price!!! It’s a no-brainer! Go for it. Thank you Hernan for an amazing time!!!! David & Lisa

A Trip To Remember - Our family group of six join three other intrepid explorers on this trip. First, one of our group had a mobility challenge and the tour guide did not hesitate to accommodate them. We were amazed by our guide Delio’s vast knowledge and passion for Mayan history, heritage and culture. Arrival at Chichén Itzá at 8:00 am was special as we were able to beat the extreme heat and crowds. We then traveled to an enclosed cenote in the town of Sotuta. The water was refreshing and the stalagmites and stalagmites were breathtaking. Our after swim lunch was homemade and delicious. We then traveled to Izamal to climb a pyramid, enjoy an ice cream and tour the church. Our group of nine bonded over the experience, sharing photos and contact information. Finally, one of our group left their phone in the van. The driver, Hernan, made arrangements for the phone tone delivered to our hotel and would not accept a gratuity for their efforts. Highly recommend this tour.

A perfectly curated experience - Hernan was an amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable of the sites. My daughter and I were on a mother/daughter trip for her 16th birthday, and we felt very taken care of. Although the tour leaves a bit early, it’s worth it for the amazing view without the crowds. We were literally the second people through the turnstile at Chichén Itza. There’s a good balance of information/guided tour as well as about an hour to spend looking around on your own. Hernan makes sure you understand the layout and meetup points and times. The cenote was private, beautiful and a welcomed refreshment from the heat. Lunch was delicious and filling. Ixamal, the yellow city, was nice. We climbed the ruins, had some ice cream, saw the cathedral and headed out. The pacing of this package is perfect. You don’t feel rushed or bored, and the air conditioned van and cold waters are always waiting for you after each experience to allow you some time to rest before the next experience. Thank you Hernan for an amazing adventure!

Unforgettable day - 10/10 experience which I would recommend to anyone. As a solo woman traveller I found this experience ideal being a small and friendly group. Our guide was super knowledgeable and accommodating. We were the first on site in Chichen itza and by the time the weather got super hot we were already in the private cenote. The food we had after was delicious and local. Could not recommend this experience enough.

Early Bird Gets The Worm - and the best photos. - I decided to take this tour after receiving a positive recommendation from a colleague. I was not disappointed. Hernan the owner cares about his guests having a great experience. It’s an early rise to get out to Chichen Itza but we were absolutely the first to enter the grounds. Hernan also knew where to get great photos. I really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to others.
