Take this tour! - My friend and I had a wonderful time with the street food tour! Laura was our tour guide and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. She was super knowledgeable of the culture and food, and was so thoughtful in handling our dietary restrictions. Highly recommend this tour to better understand the food culture in Merida.

Luz was an amazing tour guide - Luz was a wonderful host to this tour. You can tell everything was setup for us in advance. At all of our stops, Luz and the vendors had a great rapport, and offered us delicious tastings. She was able to answer all of our questions, and had the most friendly, helpful demeanor as we were navigating and planning our trip. We were full, more than satisfied, and this was one of the highlights of our trip in Merida. I definitely recommend, and would recommend this to friends visiting the area for sure.

Big recommendation! - The streetfood tour experience was excellent. Usually we would not have dared to choose the small little shops, because we have no experience regarding quality. Especially when you are not proficient in speaking Spanish, it is a very good option to get accustomed to the local food. Our tourguide Diego was super kind. We loved about him, that he explained everything with competence. You could really feel that he is passionate about the local food and that everyone has a good time. Especially for us it was very helpful, that he spoke more slowly compared to other Mexicans that we know, because we were able to follow all of his thoughts. German is not as fast as Spanish. Moreover, after the trip we got an email with information on ingredients and recipes of the food that we have tasted, so that we can take this experience home. Thank you Diego, it was a big pleasure.

Soooo many delicious tastes of the Yucatan! - It was a scorching day, but Laura helped us secure hats and fans, and we had so many wonderful bites of food. Definitely come hungry!
