Nice day - For us, it was a 10 hour day. Says 7-9 hours but we had some people that liked to wander and not stay with the guide. Our guide--George--was wonderful. Especially for me, as I have a back and hip problem. He was very informative.

Terrible experience. Guide wasn't even at the pick up location and Zero communication - Terrible. I arrived 15mins before the start of the your and the bus was nowhere to be seen. I tried contacting the guide through the app and got no response. I contacted viator and they tried calling as did I and we both got put to voicemail and they sent an email and haven't gotten a reply. I'm still waiting to here back from them. It was annoying because it was my last day in Merida and I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what was going on. I wouldn't recommend this group at all.

Tour operator cancelled at the last minute - The tour operator cancelled at the last minute. I suppose a refund is coming, but the damage is done and we couldn't visit Uxmal as planned. Avoid this tour operator if you are a tourist on a tight schedule.
