- Sea kayaking Navarino - Starting point - Our trip starts at Divari beach. Your guide will brief you on paddling techniques, safety measures, and equipment. Soon we shall hop on our kayaks for a trip around the Navarino bay like never before. We start paddling overlooking the town of Pylos and the Niokastro fort. Heading towards the imposing monolithic islet located at the south side of the bay, we visit the impressive natural stone arch. The islet is also a place of nesting and resting place for many species of birds. Weather permitting, we can circumnavigate it and visit a few of its sea caves, tunnels and arches. Our next stop is the unhabituated island of Sphacteria. Here, we jump out of our kayaks, stretch our legs and walk to the island’s viewpoint for taking pictures of an idyllic landscape and for story-telling. After some kayaking we shall make a stop at a secluded beach for swimming and snorkeling, and why not some cliff diving for those who feel more adventurous. Here we shall also taste our homemade picnic of local delicacies and relax under the sun. After this energy pumped stop, we will paddle back to the starting point to end an amazing day in the tranquility of the Navarino Bay.

Additional Information
Take pleasure in this excursion that takes you around the prominent landmarks of the historical Navarino Bay, close to the town of Pylos. Featuring an amazingly beautiful natural scenery, we take in the view of the pristine blue waters and the golden sandy shores that sea turtles prefer for egg-laying. The area’s extensive maritime history is evident in the medieval castles overlooking the remnants of historical sea vessels.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- The activity includes a 30 minutes preparation time, 2 to 2.5 hours paddling exploration, 1 to 1.5 hours free time for picnic, relaxation, snorkelling, swimming, diving and other activities.
- We recommend you take with you: water, hat, sun cream, towel, swimsuit, extra pair of shoes that will get wet. Suitable shoes are lightweight trainers, flip flops, sandals or sea shoes. Avoid bulky shoes.
- Please note we reserve the right to modify or cancel any outdoor activity due to bad weather or technical difficulties.

Fabulous - Superb kayak tour in the bay of Pylos accompanied by Rock who explained the history of the site to us. The picnic at the end of the outing crowns it all.

Great sea trip! - Tremendous !! Magnificent site. Rock excellent guide who speaks perfect English and taught us a lot about the history of the bay and Greece. Very good typical picnic. Very beautiful lagoon with shades of blue! I would highly recommend it!!

Highly recommend!! - Great activity! George was a terrific guide. He knew so much history of the area, and did a great job introducing the novice kayakers in our group to the basics. The trip was relaxing and fun with a picnic lunch on the beach. Everything was managed very well on the booking end as well.

Beautiful tour with the best tour guide! - This experience was perfect - all around. George is just the most heartwarming, genuine and authenticator outdoor lover and philanthrope.
You could tell the joy and passion he has about the outdoors and allowing people acces to it through his guidance.
The overall trip was fantastic - super nice pace and duration with interesting explanations and historic facts. The boats and equipment were in great condition. George taught us all the basics and techniques very well and was a super motivating coach.
On top he gave us great recommendations for the rest of our time here. George is such an amazing and passionate tour guide, we had so much fun with him. We will always return for a tour with him when we are in the region!

Navarino bay kayak trip. - Lovely trip from our resort to Navarino Bay. Great equipment, well briefed pre excursion, paddled to an historic site where we went ashore for a visit to a memorial site and went into a Russian church. Then paddled to see an old Greek castle before stopping for a swim and lunch, which was simple and delicious. Roque and Trifonas were excellent, we would highly recommend this trip. No previous paddle experience necessary.

Kayaking in Navarino Bay - Such a beautiful experience in Navarino bay! Kayaking in stunning nature and enjoying wonderful views from "secret" spots! Swimming was really refreshing and the traditional Greek food during the lunch break was delicious. Our guide was amazing too! He was really helpful during paddling and he told us many new things about the place that we've been. Don't miss it!

Fantastic paddle in Navarino bay - Our family had a fantastic day of sea kayaking on the stunning Navarino bay. George and Agrivi were great instructors and a lot of fun. The kayaks are modern and have a rudder with foot steering which made life easier to navigate the boat. The trip culminated on the beach with a light lunch of cheese, vegetables, bread and olive oil. Highly recommend sea kayaking in this lovely part of Greece with George and his crew.

Lovely day out foadults and child alike 😊 - Great, friendly service from the start. I have a 9yr old daughter who kayaks regularly at home, and thought this would be fun for her.
Trifonas was super helpful in suggesting this trip and email communication was exceptionally helpful.
On the day, Roque and Christos couldn't have done any more for us. Friendly, very informative about the history and geography of the area, and a great picnic. Daughter ended up paddling tandem with me since the adult sized sea kayaks were a bit big for her, plus it was a bit windy. She absolutely loved it though, especially chatting about her kayaking with Roque.
Highly recommended trip!
