In the practical part, the focus is on the preparation of fresh pasta. From tagliatelle to ravioli, students learn to make pasta starting from raw materials, kneading by hand and using pasta machines.

At the same time, the world of Italian artisanal ice cream is explored. Participants are guided through the process of selecting quality ingredients, balancing milk, cream, sugars and natural flavors.

At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate of participation, a symbol of their commitment and the skills acquired.
