Just Beautiful - I and my family was really amazed with the beauti if the Architecte. And regarding the tour i mast say it was well managed, but be sure to plan your trip to the meeting point well as it is located out of Milan center. As for the rest of the trip, rest assured that the guide will provide the best and most informative experience!

Amazing place. 100% WORTH IT !!!! - The tower is a highlight of San Gimignano. It becomes crowded, so go early or late, and avoid weekends if possible. The perforated steel stairs and ladder at the top have a moving visual show that you either adore or find dizziness! Stay for a bit since the breathtaking surroundings are definitely worth it. It's a little bit of a selfie hotspot!

A 14 Hour Disaster - The tour was a disaster. The tour company is not reliable and did not provide accurate information. The bus broke down on the way to Pisa. After a temporary repair was made, the bus broke down a second time on the way from Pisa to the next stop. The company did not explain what was wrong with the bus either time. The second time the bus had to stop in the middle of the road and police were called to direct traffic away from the bus. We were stuck on the bus for over two hours in heat over 90 F/ 30 C with no air condition because the bus was inoperable. The tour company initially offered to call two replacement buses so that anyone who did not want to continue with the tour could leave. However, after more than two hours only one bus came and we were not given the option to leave the tour as promised earlier. A taxi from Pisa to Florence would have cost over 150 EUR. We were delayed by over two hours for each of the stops. By the time we made it to the last stop it was after all the stores and activities closed. We paid $398.98 for two people. The tour company provided only a $100 refund. At minimum, a 50% refund should have been offered due to the two times the bus broke down and the dangerous conditions passengers were subjected to on the overheated bus parked in the middle of a busy road. The company should have given passengers the option to leave after the two hour delay and should have secured a second bus as it had promised earlier. We do not recommend this company.
