Our hosts and culinary creators, Patrizia and Giuliana, a mother-daughter team, and authors of a recent cookbook, will mentor you in crafting traditional Sicilian dishes in an outdoor setting nestled amongst ancient olive trees. This offers a splendid opportunity to delve deeper into Sicilian culture and history, courtesy of Patrizia, who doubles as a guide and a devotee of history and local customs. The daughter, Giuliana, is a Chef who merges Sicilian cooking traditions with influences from around the globe, a result of her extensive travels. Participants will be conceptualizing and creating a menu in the heart of nature, surrounded by awe-inspiring landscapes and sea views, including the Mediterranean Sea and the Eolian Isles. The course thus provides a wholesome sensory indulgence, fusing delectable food and wine, stunning natural vistas, historical insights, and a deep dive into local traditions.
