Wonderful experience - The tour was amazing! It was organized and our tour guide, Eugene, was very helpful and made our tour smooth and more enjoyable. There were 15 of us in a coaster/bus and we did not encounter any issues or delays. Highly recommended.

A great tour - Incredible tour of the beautiful Amalfi coast. The tour was well organized. The bus was very clean and comfortable and a good driver. Tour guide Eugeno was amazing. He showed us the best places for different local foods wines and shopping. Time well spent.

Beautiful place - This was one of our favorite areas to see, but not enough time to spend at each place. This is due to the travel from cruise port. We will have to plan a trip just to spend in this area. The little shops and the beauty of it all.

Great experience - Very good trip, guide Michele was wonderful. I would recommend this trip. Positano was my favorite spot along with Ravello

Amazing experience - We had a fantastic day with Roberto and Andrea. The tour was very well organised and even though we covered a lot of ground we got free time to explore each of the destinations. The boat excursion from Amalfi was excellent- don’t forget a hat and sunscreen!! Our guide gave lots of interesting commentary and had a great sense of humour, making the whole day really fun. Ravello was an absolute highlight. I would recommend this tour!

Good guide, improvements needed - The trip was disappointing mostly due the poor technology used and lack of information prior to booking. Luna the guide was friendly, upbeat, informative and helpful. We have no complaints about her! The concerns: - The radio’s sound was very poor quality. It had lots of static and (for me at least) was excruciating. Too loud to use. - The extra narrated boat tour offered during the original tour (extra charge 15 euro) was almost unintelligible due to motor noises and poor quality speaker. A waste of money. - When we left the bus the walking pace was very rapid and it was very difficult to keep up with our group in the midst of many other tourists while crossing streets and entering small and/or twisting streets. I was afraid I was lost twice. The guide had thankfully had us add her phone number to our phones and was very responsive to messages. - Our other big concern has to with accessibility information. We had no prior information regarding the amount of walking required or the elevation gains while walking. Those numbers would have been VERY helpful. - We paid extra for a tour with a boat trip but then were told we could pay even more for a second boat trip. Only the second (added on) trip should have been on the itinerary. - Written maps of each village would have been helpful for finding restaurants, places of interests and bathrooms quickly. Again, it was a large tour group in the midst of other large groups and chaos ( and the tour was conducted in both English and French) so it was difficult. - At the last village it was noted that other companies took passengers father up the hill- possibly they were smaller vehicles?- but it would have been thoughtful, once it was noted that my husband was having difficulty, if the bus had picked him up farther up the hill instead requiring a long walk down the road. He never saw the third city because first we were left behind then it was unknown how much uphill walking he would have to do to finish. He just waited at the road. - The seats in the bus ( at least on the left) are way too cramped. (Less room than our budget flight today!) it made it more difficult to see out to the views since the seat in front was in our face. Luckily the actual seats were comfortable. The tour was shortened a bit by bus engine problem and the wait for a replacement. I was thankful the driver prioritized our safety and we were impressed that the replacement bus came so quickly. Also, the company kindly purchased either water or coffee for us as recompense. All in all, it is not a trip for people who have to move more slowly or who have any hearing issues.

Disappointed - The best part of the tour was our guide (Loona) and Ravello. The gardens in Ravello and the town made the trip worthwhile.
