The most incredible day spent in Italy - It's difficult to put into words what an amazing experience we had with Antonia and Antonio at their family home and winery. We were welcomed.with open arms and treated like family from the first moment we arrived. We enjoyed seeing the home that had been in their family for generations and took a tour of the vineyard and learned about how delicate the grapes are and how the weather affects the crop. Antonio showed us where the wine was made and the aging process and explained the region and the grapes that are so sought after in the wine community. We loved your stories and all the detailed information that only a well educated sommelier such as yourself could provide. When we returned to the house Antonio's Mom Antonia had prepared the most delicious spread of Italian appertifs you could imagine. Next wetook our place and began learning how to make pizza from scratch from the BEST! Cooked in a wood fired pizza oven it tasted like a slice of heaven! Throughout the day we began tasting the wines of the vineyard. After tasting everyone's pizza we were treated to a beautiful sit down meal prepared by Antonia who could be a chef. Homemade pasta followed by a beautiful chicken and salad dish and of course wine, delicious dessert that we couldn't get enough of and coffee. Antonio is such a multi talented fellow, he played the guitar and sang getting us all singing along with him. We felt like family and we were sad to leave our new friends. We also had the great pleasure in sharing to his experience with an amazing family; Jack, Eva, Darren, Beth, Logan and baby Riley! Thank you for giving us this experience of a lifetime,❤️

A wonderful experience! - We had a truly wonderful time at CorteCorbo winery. Antonia and Alessia made us feel so welcome. The pizza making was a hoot! We had so many laughs throughout the day. The wines are great and Antonia is a fantastic cook. Don’t eat breakfast before you go - there is so much delicious food to eat alongside the wines! Cannot recommend this highly enough - it’s a fantastic way to experience true Italian hospitality. We felt like family.

Magical Afternoon - Our trip to Southern Italy had many high points, but this was the highest. Whatever your travel plans are, this is a MUST DO! We were driven to this lovely small winery, located about 45 minutes back in the hills outside of Naples. The village is called Montemarano. We, and a nice young couple from Manchester, England were greeted by our lovely interpreter Alessia and our hostess / instructor Antonia, a truly warm, welcoming and animated lady. We did a brief tour of the vineyards and wine making facility with Antonia speaking in Italian and Alessia doing her best to keep up in English. Then we were offered glasses of Corte Corbo’s white wine and a table full of anti-pasta, which was a meal in itself. Next after Antonia’s demonstration, we made pizza dough under her watchful eye, as she encouraged us throughout the process. Each of us made a different pizza, one at a time, and cooked them in the wood fired oven. After downing our four pizzas we were full, however we couldn’t resist the pasta, roasted chicken and tiramisu that followed -- along with bottles of red wine that was so good that we shipped home a case. Good thing that I didn’t have to drive afterward. We ate, we drank, we laughed and we sang Italian songs. It was a truly magical afternoon. We really did not want to leave, but all good things must come to an end.

This will be the highlight of your Italy trip!! - My friends and I did the CorteCorbo wine tour in August of 2023, and I think we could all say it was one of the highlights of our trip. We decided upon this experience because we were between doing a pizza-making class and a wine tour, and we were so grateful to find this one that combined it all into one for an amazing value. The entire day was absolutely incredible from the food, to making the pizzas, to the other incredible foods to eat, singing and dancing, and the super kind and awesome family who runs this show. We were staying way down in Piano di Sorrento, and they arranged a driver there and home for our group. The location is in such a rural, beautiful local town that most would not think to visit when planning a trip to Italy, and it made all of us appreciate the culture and value our trip that much more. I could not recommend this experience enough! Book now!!

Spectacular CorteCorbo Irpinia-wine Experience - Based upon the positive reviews on Trip Advisor, my wife and I decided to give this tour a try. It turns out it was one of the best decisions we have made while traveling. For those short on time, this is a 5 star tour and we highly recommend you all take this tour. Anthonia, the owner/operator of the tour/vineyard/house was an incredibly warm and hospitable host who made us feel like we were visiting family for a traditional Sunday dinner. The house/vineyard is approximately an hour's drive outside of Naples. The drive itself was spectacular as you wind through the Italian countryside/mountains and valleys to reach the house. Our driver to/from Naples was Gianluca. Gianluca is an outstanding driver whose skills and patience made us feel completely comfortable as passengers. The house is set on a hillside opposite of a small picturesque hillside Italian town. Note, for those self driving, make sure you have backup plans, i.e. detailed instruction on how to get to the house, in case GPS doesn't appropriately function due to the surrounding terrain. While Anthonia's English is a bit limited, she is easily able to communicate with her radiant smile, infectious laugh and plenty of hugs. Anthonia's assistant and our translator on this day was Alexia (phonetic) Alexia is a true gem, who is not only is she a beautiful lady but she had a fantastic sense of humor and is a perfect member of Antonia's team. Thank you Alexia for making our visit so memorable. My wife and I participated in the cooking class and then wine tasting/lunch. We both thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class even though I have no cooking skills while my wife is a very talented cook. We ended up both making pizzas that happened to turn out to be delicious and the experience was one that neither or us will ever forget. While I was not familiar with the typical Italian Sunday feast, Antonia's had approximately 8 courses (I lost count) of the most delicious food you will ever eat. We walked away from lunch convinced that Antonia and her staff are absolutely world class chefs. The food was paired with six different wines that were generously poured. Our only regret was that we couldn't eat more due to the fact that we our stomachs were full. Coming from the US, we had sort of developed into US wine snobs with a strong preference for California wines....drinking good European wine has convinced us how wrong we were. Antonia's wines were high caliber, smooth and refreshing. The wines are available for sale and she also has a cool/unique program whereby you can adopt a row in her vineyard/have personalized wine labels made. During our vacation in Naples and the surrounding areas, we actually encounter others who had participated in Antonia's tour and to a person they all advised what a wonderful tour/experience they had and, if possible, this is a tour that should not to be missed. So, if you are looking for the opportunity to experience a traditional Italian Sunday meal in a beautiful homestyle setting that feels like your are surrounded by loving family members and want to eat some of the best Italian food of your lives and drink top notch wines, this is the tour for you. Thank you Antonia, Alexia, Gianluca and the rest of the team for providing us with an experience that we happily will never forget.
