Pizza perfect! - Since Naples is where pizza was first made, I thought it only fitting to take a pizza making class. This was one of the highlights of our trip to the Mediterranean. Our family of five all enjoyed making the pizza and even more so eating it. What a difference without all the preservatives we are accustomed to - It was the best pizza any of us that they ever had. Highly recommend this excursion.

In this course everyone creates the perfect Napolitan pizza! - Super pizza cooking class in the middle of Naples with super friendly instructor. First a dough was prepared, then there was an appetizer and then a pizza was prepared in small groups by the wood oven with provided dough pieces. For us the antipasti before the pizza was too much and the air conditioning of the room almost too little. And it would also be cool to use the self-kneaded dough in parallel (e.g. make a bread out of it), so it is a bit of a shame about the raw materials.

Great pizza course - Great pizza course and hosted by staff. We started by being offered drinks before we started. Then we started making our own dough and got explained and shown how to really make. When the dough was to rise we got small tasting of different pizzas and pasta specialities from Naples. When we had eaten them, we came to the right pizza kitchen where we made a pizza that was baked in the stone oven, it was great. We got cold drinks again. It all ended with us getting recipes and help to find our next Attraction. The restaurant is very close to a metro station 2-3 minutes walk. We can only give the best recommendations from here. Everything was nice and clean

Good but not perfect at all. - First of all the teacher/chef is very difficult to understand, lots of time we were asking repeat what he is saying in english Second- he was doing and other pizzeria job, showing us what needed and go out. We expected more Italian vibe, stories snd even one smile.

Okay - Average experience, in the point of food it was good, but the point of learning how to make pizza was just okay. You won’t get enough attention from the chef while making the dough which is crucial if you really want to learn it. The only step you’re allowed to do is to mix the dough, then put the tomato sauce and mozzarella on top, after that you’re allowed to watch the pizzaolo cooking it and putting the cheese and basil on top.

Nice restaurant visit, but no real course - Local pizzaiolo was very stressed as he is also the head waiter of the huge restaurant. He was very knowledgeable, but the setting was really loud and we couldn't understand everything. the experience was more of a informative restaurant stay with a bit of doe kneading. Pizza was delicious tho, so 2 stars 🤩
