- Via Antonio Sogliuzzo, 31 - Together we will prepare a real Neapolitan pizza, revisited in a contemporary key. We will start from the preparation of the dough with your hands, and you will have fun with the drafting and cooking of the most famous dish in the world.
I will put all my experience as a pizza maker at your disposal, revealing a few little secrets.
You will then have a tasting of various types of round and fried pizza with locally grown and strictly seasonal products.
I will be happy to welcome you to my family villa, a refined, simple and traditional location, located in the center of Ischia. It will truly be a unique experience. But it doesn’t end there.
At the end of the experience, I will leave you a real recipe book that will be really useful for you to enjoy and share this fantastic dish with friends or relatives.
NB: In the structure you can find and buy from a selection of local wines and handcrafted cocktails.

Unfortunate Mistake - I accidentally booked this experience for the week BEFORE Imarrived in Ischia. The host wanted to work with me, but did not have enough registrants for a class the week I was in Ischia

The Best Pizza Making Experience - Andrea did the most amazing and personable experience possible for us. We learned so much while with him, ate the best pizza, different styles of pizza and couldn't have asked for a better evening. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ischia or even Naples to experience. 10/10, 5 stars!!!!

I highly recommend this pizza making class!! So glad we made it a part of our trip to Ischia! - This was such a fun experience! Andrea is so passionate about his craft…to him pizza is an art. We left his home well fed and feeling like part of his family. I highly recommend making this a part of your itinerary for any trip to Ischia!!

AMAZING EVENING - I took my family to the pizza making class. Andrea was so friendly. We met his charming family and was welcomed as part of them for the evening.
We all learned about the art of making a perfect delicious pizza. We were completely full at the end of the evening.
Andrea has so much passion for teaching and cooking. Worth every penny- book now!

Learn, taste and make the best pizza of your life - If you ever wanted not just to learn, but to actually understand how to make a pizza, and what makes a true Neapolitan pizza, Andrea can teach you.
And you will learn while tasting many original pizzas with various toppings, but also fried pizza (which is delicious) and a pizza desert I will not spoil here.
One of the greatest experiences of our stay in Ischia.
10/10 - woudl eat too much pizza again

A Must Have Experience! Grazie! Grazie! Grazie! - I was welcomed into this beautiful and secluded outdoor living area with a gourmet kitchen, mature fruit trees, and a warm greeting by Andrea. I felt like family invited to learn long-held secret recipes. I created a traditional Neapolitan pizza, fried pizza, and a calzone (which you see in the photos). Words cannot describe my tasty results as we ate under the covered pergola with ice-cold beer. I took away so many tips and trick that I now duplicate in my own pizza oven with raves from family and friends. I would give my experience ten-stars and hope to go back someday. Andrea is an amazing instructor!

So incredible!! 100% Recommend!! - Can’t recommend this enough! Andreas is so professional and knowledgeable while still being down to earth and fun! Everything was so educational and he was able to explain and help when we erred. Nothing about the experience was uptight or rushed. The setting was beautiful too! This was one of our best experiences in Ischia and we’d recommend it to anyone!
Also worth noting that Andreas has a separate experience where he can come to your house/villa if you have a large party! The experience at his him is really special too though!

Best evening of the holiday - Andrea is extremely friendly and we ended up chatting for hours! The class runs in his garden which is beautiful and you feel right at home. We met some of his family and everyone was so welcoming.
Andrea is very passionate about his work. He passes on a wealth of knowledge, tips and tricks and you end up making the best pizza on the island! All down to his special recipes.
I would thoroughly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to learn or improve their pizza making skills.
It was the perfect end to our holiday in Ischia and we will leave with very fond memories of our evening with Andrea.
