Highlights
  • Blue Grotto - one of the most evocative and famous place in the world thanks to the splendid game of light and the legends it hides (ticket not included); entrance is optional, due to long waiting queues or possible closures depending on weather conditions.
  • Green Grotta - You can swim or climb the cliffs in the Green Grotto, which looks like an enormous liquid emerald.
  • Red Grotta - takes his coulour thanks to seaweed
  • Natural Arch - on the east coast of the island of Capri. Dating from the Paleolithic age, it is the remains of a collapsed grotto.
  • I Faraglioni - One of the first images to come to mind will, no doubt, be that of the Faraglioni: the three spurs of rock which rise up out of the sea, within meters of the island’s Southern coast

Well Worth The Money!! - We LOVED our tour! The tide was high and the sea was a bit rough that day so we were unable to go into the blue grotto. We were so disappointed but our guide showed us the other grottos along with many details about the island. He was so kind and was an awesome tour guide! We would highly recommend this tour - it was worth the money!!

Unbelievable! - Unbelievable! Fantastic! It felt like a dream. We took a boat trip along the coast of Capri, which was wonderful, and then we went up to the city with the Funicular, which is a kind of little train that takes us to the upper city. We had lunch in a very charming restaurant with a stunning view. It was worth every penny!

A must in Capri ! - Chito was a fabulous skipper! We had the most perfect weather and the tour was so relaxing. Chito took us to all the beautiful grottos and pointed out all the major sights. Chito took awesome pictures for us as well. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Experience! - Great communication and quick responses in the days leading up to our tour. Arriving in Capri we met Alessia at the easy to find meeting point, who was friendly and professional as she guided us over to our boat. We left right on time as Ciro introduced himself and let us know some basic information about the tour. We had the option of waiting in line to enter the blue grotto, but chose to move along to others as the wait would have ate up some of our tour time. Ciro was very friendly, funny, and welcoming. He shared lots of history and interesting facts about the island. He gave us some drinks, recommended some local food spots, and offered to take photos and videos of us. We had plenty of opportunities to swim, explore the other grottos, and take in the beautiful views. The boat was clean, comfortable, and safe. This was definitely worth the price and one of the major highlights of our trip to Italy

Worth it! - Two hours fly by on the boat around Capri! We had a great trip, going around the island and seeing the blue grotto. It was peaceful just the 4 of us, definitely worth the extra $$ to go private. You also get closer to the Blue Grotto and get in more quickly being on a smaller boat.

Pretty - The island of Capri is very beautiful, large enough to explore in one day, there are buses that take you to Anacapri and Capri to visit their businesses and then stay at the large marina on the public beach to enjoy

Great time! - It was a beautiful day and it was so fun to be able to stop and swim for a little. We loved going up the entrance of two of the grottos. The blue grotto was closed.

Good, Should Have Been Great - Family really enjoyed the boat ride, despite getting boat sick towards the end. Boat captain made a couple of stops for swimming, and tried his best to tell us about landmarks on the island. Was a nice man overall and took pictures for us. Plenty of refreshment options. Huge callout, however, was that we never visited any of the actual grottos! He noted the Blue Grotto as we passed by, but stated there was a line and we may not have enough time. When I mentioned the other grottas, however, he seemed confused and did not give a clear answer as to why we could not stop at them. I email Customer Service about this and they could not provide an explanation either, other than possibly the weather (which was not the issue). So overall, a good experience, but the grotto piece is promoted heavily and shouldn't be an afterthought. My recommendation is to communicate to the agent that greets you when you arrive that this is important to you, so he/she can make sure it is clear to the boat captain (especially as there may be a language barrier).

Disappointed - Firstly, we had a booking for 12 pm. When we finally found someone to talk to about our booking (there are no signs, nothing to mark who we should speak to about Mr Constanzo boat trips), we were advised that our trip would not go until 12.30 pm. Annoying when we only had a short time on the island of Capri. Secondly, the description of the trip makes it sound as though everything can be achieved - i.e. the Blue Grotto, trip round the full island, and a stop to swim in the sea. That is not the case. If you stop to go into the Blue Grotto, you are unlikely to get round to the other side of the island. Even though we went into the Blue Grotto at a time that was described as ‘not busy’ it then made it very restricted as to how far we could travel around the island afterwards. The boat is not fast, not like some of the others that move swiftly through the water. Also, soft drinks are listed as included. Our sailor did not offer them at all, and we had to ask for them when we were 5 minutes away from arriving back into port. All in all……even though the Blue Grotto was amazing, this boat trip is not the best, over promised - and offered a disappointing service.
