Safe and courteous driver - Our driver stopped at a lookout and limoncello van which was awesome. He was also very well mannered.

Great option - Excellent service and punctual which is critical when scheduling a transfer. Would highly recommend it

Good experience at a lower cost. - Our driver was friendly and told us bits and pieces about Italy. He was a little late due to a traffic accident (no fault of his own). Worked out well for us.

Good transport from Naples to Sorrento - Driver picked us up as indicated. A little difficult to be sure we were in the right place for pickup. Got to our hotel safely.

Easy transfer - Very professional and made it easy to get from Naples Train Station to our accommodation in Sorrento.

Wonderful shuttle service - Great shuttle service ! The driver was early and communicated with us he could pick up my family group of 6 early! He was very helpful with our luggage and the van was very comfortable! Thank you! I recommend this shuttle service to any traveler.

Is not good - The transfer arrive in point to get our grup forty minutes later. We stay standing in square with our bagages in front a station Central Nápoles . Very insecure.

Unorganized - Our driver was 1 hour and 20 minutes late picking us up. First we received a text that he was going to be 30 minutes late, then another one for another 30 minutes and then a called saying 20 more minutes. Then we get 8 minutes from our hotel and he said we had to switch to another driver to take us to our hotel because he had to take the other 4 people in the van to their hotels. We waited and waited, then another driver came and we switched all our luggage to the other car and finally got to our hotel. Drivers were very nice, but too long of a delay.

Random drop off point with no guidance - Driver dropped us off about 1/2 km from our destination when he stopped to let another party off. Claimed no English, pointed us vaguely in a direction and sped off. After finding our way, it was clear there were other drop offs much closer to our hotel. Frustrating way to start our vacation.

No one picked us up!!! Stranded at the airport & dumped at last minute for return ride. - Awful & upsetting experience. Paid in advance for this shuttle that literally did not exist. Searched for over an hour for it, walking back & forth from airport terminal to bus lot 4 times with our bags. Finally found someone in the airport who claimed to work for them who was extremely rude & nasty & not helpful in any way. We ended up having to lug our suitcases & carry-ons on & off public buses. I have yet to be responded to in regards to a refund. We also had a return ride booked in advance. One day before departure they contacted us & told us they could not come at the scheduled time. We booked a 9am pickup. They told us they could not pick us up until 11am. This is to bring us to the airport!!!!!!! Horrific experience. And I believe TripAdvisor owns Viator now so shame on you as well that I still have no resolution to this. Last reply was 3 days ago asking for more info.
