Famous for mouthwatering pizzas, there’s another side of Naples bursting with superstitions, traditions, and beliefs. On this small group tour, you’ll meet the colorful characters, folklore, and mythology that animate Neapolitan life.

Start at the Piazza Bellini and venture down Via dei Tribunali, meeting a world of witchcraft, rituals and age-old superstitions. Then you reach the Church of Purgatorio ad Arco. You’ll climb down the cells and see fascinating gifts for a dash of luck in marriage. Next, take a selfie with the Pulcinella statue, a quick rub of its nose promises good luck. Keep your eyes peeled for a Banksy masterpiece as you walk this street.

At the Duomo, you’ll meet San Gennaro and learn about his miraculous blood and treasures. Along Spaccanapoli, you’ll see Bar Maradonna and the Hospital of Dolls till Piazza San Domenico and the Church of Gesù Nuovo. Your guide will reveal hidden music and symbols in its diamond facade, before ending the tour with an espresso.

Definitely recommend!! - Great tour! Roberta gave us a different understanding and much better appreciation of Naples Han we would have had otherwise. Highly recommend!
