8:00 am: Meet in Turin, then head to our secret forest spots.
Coffee break in the village.
Introduction to truffles: where they grow, qualities, and rules.
Walk and search for white or black truffles (seasonal) with Gemma and Vasco.
Actively participate in the hunt, learn to recognize and dig up truffles.
Lunch in a typical Piedmont restaurant; if we’re lucky and find truffles, we’ll enjoy them together.
