Miniature Mountains vs Giant Hills? BOTH!! - Amazing views and fascinating, complex history. Maximo was a great guide. Requires moderate fitness level. Definitely recommend that you wait a few days after arriving to do this tour so that you can acclimate to the elevation without being completely out of breath.

Small group and timely - Arturo was an amazing guide. Our three person group enjoyed having the history lessons of the ruins and the city. I would recommend anyone who wants to go out to see these places and not have to spend the entire day on it. We were back in the city before 3pm which allowed us to sightsee a lot more.

A Superb Tour to an Important Archaeological Site and a Beautiful Basilica - We decided to have the earliest option for this tour to beat the crowd and to have enough time to get ready for our flight later that day. We were picked up on time; the guide was very friendly, engaged with us all the way, and the driver was courteous, opening the doors for us every time we were dropped off and picked up. Even during the drive to the site, the guide kept providing information about local history and culture. After arriving to Teotihuacán, walking on the main street of the site and imagining how people filled up this space in its heyday was nothing short of amazing, and so was entering one of the underground parts of the site. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She also helped taking photos and recording videos. The lunch arrangement was extraordinary, with a view to one of the pyramids—a unique experience for sure! The Guadalupe Shrine was a nice surprise; we arrived to the end of a mass, lucky enough to hear the organ and singing in an acoustically special space. Had a photo with the sculpture of John Paul II. After this, we went to a store having an unbelievably large variety of Mexican souvenirs as well as religious objects. We ended up buying some of our primary souvenirs from Mexico here. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Great morning / early afternoon finish tour of top sites in Mexico City area - We had a great time with Veronika our guide who I highly recommend to anyone else doing this tour if she’s available and we had a very nice driver as well. There was a lot of information shared on the way to the sites to prepare us for what we were going to see and we had a good time once we got there, doing some exploring on our own and doing some things with the guide. The trip is flexible so you can stay as long or as little as you want at each side depending on what you’re interest level is, but the time is fixed, of course. We opted for the lunch, which was very basic but fine for us just to have a quick bite to eat, and we were given a little tour of an obsidian makers shop, and some local producers of tequila and other spirits made in the area, which was fun without any pressure to buy. I would definitely recommend this to other travellers and the 8 o’clock start time I thought work perfectly As the day progresses the sites get much more crowded.
