Worthwhile! - The tour was very interesting and well organized. We loved the option to NOT include lunch in the tour so we could explore Puebla for more time. The guide, Daniel was fantastic, fun and very kind. He gave us just the MOST important facts on the places we visited, and that way we remember almost all of them. The mini bus was comfortable and the small group od tourists was a perfect option.

Worth it - The tour experience was amazing. It was a great place to visit and to get away from busy streets of CDMX. I would like to give a big thanks Cristian for guiding us through Cholula and Puebla. He is an amazing person - he provided great history information on the different sites. In an addiction, he was compassionate and helpful with my mom since she wasn’t able to walk the same speed as everyone else. Also, Victor the driver was great, I felt safe and comfortable while he was driving from and to CDMX

Very interesting history - Carlos was very interesting with the tour. I learned so much about the history. Definitely worth it. The only thing I’d say is that the food for lunch was a bit cold.

very good options - The guide was very informed and attentive. Choluca was really impressive and had a very good workout. Puebla, the churches and the town are impressive, the food is very good in general, very good. The only thing was the transportation, the van was not comfortable for the distance, the visibility through the windows was very small.

Great guide, but cramped vehicle - Alan, our tour guide was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject. I also had great communication from the tour company who quickly replied to messages via WhatsApp. The tour was in both English, and Spanish, which made it a bit slower than I would have liked. Unfortunately we had a very small minibus which was packed with all seats taken. As one of the last to board, we ended up with seats over the wheelarch which was very cramped and uncomfortable. This is why I've only given four stars.

Tour hour squeezed by traffic lunch and shopping - Beautiful cities worth visiting, especially architecture and folk arts, good quality and low price. We were dropped off at a crowded buffet place with limited food options, lunch hours took almost 2 hours, then followed by another 45 mins shopping in the most expensive store on the street. Tour hour was extremely squeezed by traffic, lunch and shopping.

Pueblas too far, tour leaves too late, but guide was good - Puebla and Cholula were beautiful but left CDMX so late , around 9am that we did not see much. Puebla is 2.5 hours even with the bus driver going as fast as he could. You have lunch at 130-230 and leave Puebla at 315 and arrive back in cdmx at 545-6. Tour guide was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Car had strong AC which helped. Id reccomend staying at least 1 night in Puebla.

Regular - The place is very nice and especially its people, in terms of the pyramid, unfortunately it is not enabled so you cannot go to the tunnels which is very inconvenient since it is part of maximizing the experience and visit of these places.

The worst experience on a tour - We were waiting at one of the starting points (Hotel Fiesta Americana) since before the scheduled time of 8:50 AM and they did not come to pick us up. We were trying to contact but according to the app they answer from 9:30 AM when they finally answered us, Miss Sara first told us why we didn't call before 9:00 but they didn't respond at that time, and then she told us that 24 hours Before, we had to confirm our attendance and confirm the starting point, otherwise they would not pass by, but that is not specified anywhere, since we have done several tours with other tour operators and it is not necessary to confirm. Then they moved us to the Taxco tour the next day and it was a disaster. The road was rainy and foggy and the driver was overtaking and speeding. A horrible experience. After arriving in Taxco and Cuernavaca the guide does not let anyone do anything, you only arrive and they only take you to the places with which they have an arrangement. TERRIBLE TOUR OPERATOR I do not recommend it
