Disappointed - We got rained out but the first boat captain was very informative and interactive whereas the second operator didn’t say one word to any of us.

Good trip with problems - We had to pay additional 8 dollars, although it was prepaid! The bus is quite old, therefore the trip took nearly 1,5 hours. At the way back we had to wait 20 minutes and the air condition finally failed and it was terrible hot!!

Not that great. - We got there and there was no parking at the place so we had to go and walk 2 blocks which wasn't the worst just unexpected. We had to pay a $2 gratuity upon arrival which is cash only. I'm not sure why this wasn't shared before, but luckily I had cash on me. Then our tour which was supposed to start at 9 didn't leave until 9:40 and we had waited with many others at the start point for over an hour. We then had a long bus ride to the actual park which was okay to see some sights. We finally got to the Everglades and had to wait another half an hour. We were able to see a show with some exhibits so that helped. We finally got on the fan boat and there it was underwhelming. The ecosystem was very cool but we saw few live animals. The boat tour itself only took about 25 minutes which was disappointing. Finally, we drove back and there was no air on the bus. Overall, this was not good. Do not recommend to go through this service.

Would not recommend - The bus was over 1.5 hours late. Tour company kept saying it's going to be a few minutes. If it was going to be that late, they had some idea, let us know and we could have walked around, shopped, ate, etc... Crazy heat, waiting sucked. Seat on the bus was broken and would not stay sitting up. Over an hour drive to get to the place. Airboat ride was about 40 minutes total. We went about 1 mile, if that, included several stops along the way to look at.... nothing. We saw 1 great blue heron, and 1 other bird flying. Got back to the docks, waited about 40 min for the bus to leave, over 1 hour to get back. So after about 5.5 hours, we had about 40 minutes on an airboat and were basically never out of sight of the dock.

Very disappointing excursion to the Everglades - My recent experience with the excursion organized by Miami Double Decker was disappointing to say the least. The trip began with a roughly 50-minute ride to Sawgrass Recreation Park in a double-decker with no working air conditioning, while the temperature outside was a whopping 34 degrees. This ride was an absolute hell. The driver did not speak English and used Google Translate to get his message across, creating a chaotic and unclear communication. Once we arrived at Sawgrass Recreation Park, we were divided into groups for the airboat tour. While sailing on an airboat is an interesting experience in itself, the highlight of the excursion – spotting alligators and other wildlife – was deeply disappointing. In a journey of about 30 minutes we only saw one alligator. After the short airboat tour we had to wait another 50 minutes for the rest of the group before we could leave. And then began the hellish journey back in the red-hot bus without air conditioning. To make matters worse, we also ended up in traffic jams, making the return journey even longer. All in all, this excursion was a great disappointment. A boat trip in a protected area where you hardly see animals and then have to spend hours in uncomfortable conditions. This is definitely not recommended.

Terrible experience - Not a single Alligator. I doubt there are actually alligators there, they are much deeper into the Everglades. How can we know this was not a scam? Plus we waited 1 hour for the bus.
