Rip off - My friends and I booked this trip online a few weeks before traveling to Miami and 5 mins prior to arriving in Key West on the bus with other passengers, we got a message that the snorkeling and open bar was cancelled because of weather (too windy) so we went to the location anyway to try and get our refunds for that portion of the trip and just hit the beach and hang out in Key West for the day however, the gentleman there told us a had to call in. So we did, and they eventually only refunded 1 of my friends only $30 of the $159 paid for the trip saying that the bus trip still needed to be paid for… that would mean the bus ride from Miami to Key West cost $129 and our open bar and boat trip to go snorkeling was only $30???? On their website they have the bus trip alone listed as a $59 trip. Then, to make matters worse they refunded everyone in our group different amounts and when we called to ask why they said it was a mistake and would “take back” a portion of the bigger refunds they gave (for others in our group they got up to $70 back which still wasn’t enough) we ended up having a blast at the beach that day and saw PLENTY of boats leaving the docks an out on the water. We definitely felt ripped off and would not recommend.

The tour operator has not properly refunded me for a cancelled boat and is ignoring me - I would NOT recommend booking with this tour operator. I purchased an excursion called ´Miami: Day trip to Key West with Snorkeling and open bar’, however as soon as I got to Key West, the boat and snorkeling was cancelled due to weather. The total for this excursion cost $159.99 USD, and when I requested a refund, I got barely $35USD back from the operator. Without the snorkeling and open bar, this is now a bus trip transportation to Key West, which they sell for $59.99USD, so therefore I am supposed to get the difference back which is $100USD. I have reached out to the tour operator and they have ignored my messages, I find this to be a blatant steal from me as a customer and still yet to receive my proper refund.

My bus arrived to Key West late and I missed my snorkeling trip. NO refund was provided! - I will never book a trip through this platform again. The bus that I was on was delayed due to the weather. For this reason, I missed my snorkeling trip. I asked for a refund just for the snorkeling portion and they refused my request. I responded to their emails and I basically received automated responses that they did a "thorough investigation" in the span of seconds from when my email was sent.
