Bus tour was amazing - We booked last minute and glad we did. It was amazing fun. The tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable. We had our granddaughter with us and she loved it the art district was fascinating

Loved the whole thing.... - Loved the whole thing. Just glad I got to see Little Havana, have Cuban coffee, and get a Cuban cigar.

Mixed feelings but it was ok for $28 - Had fun Stopping in little Havana and in Wynwood for photo ops. The recommended mojito was wonderful!!! Only downside was the tour guide was on his cell phone taking personal calls and for long stretches (was even in face time with his new dog at one point!) and we were just riding without any commentary about our surroundings. Also no AC on the inside of the bus AND NO AC in the office where we had had to wait 15-30mins prior to getting on the bus on an 87degree day.

Wouldn’t have done it if I had read the reviews. - Not sure where to start. It was a rainy day so we knew we would get a little wet, that’s fine. I am surprised that you sold seats and expected people to ride up top. That being said, had a fun group from Ireland that brought ponchos and sacrificed for all of us by riding up top. Still too many people trying to cram in the bottom. Anyway, got passed that and were making the best of it and had some good stops, some laughs. At the end the tour guide dropped us off and said he would be right there to escort and then disappeared. My wife and I didn’t sign up for the 2nd half boat ride, had different stickers on our chest to signify that, and expected to get brought back to the pick up spot. No one told us that we wouldn’t get brought back. Once again, we made the best of it by having lunch and got an Uber back to our hotel, additional $40 bucks that I shouldn’t have had to spend. You need better details on your website and the guide should clearly clarify these things prior to starting the tour. Couldn’t believe the guy ghosted the group. i understand it may be hard to find good help, but push your guides to be a little better with details.

Left in Little Havana - Signed up for 2 hour bus tour. Stopped in Little Havana. Started raining while in Little Havana. Made it back to the drop off point before the departure time. Bus was parked around the corner. Bus left without us (along with 2 other groups). If pick up was around the corner it was not communicated well and the guide never checked to see if anyone was waiting before the bus left. Called the company and a bus was sent to pick us up. Instead of taking us back to the original drop off point, the bus dropped us off at a market for another 45 minutes before we had to get another bus.

Strongly discourage this tour - I took the Miami double decker city tour. The bus was without AC and not working properly. It only went around 20-30 mph on the highway. We made an unscheduled stop for a mechanic to look at it. But wondering if it was just to benefit concession at marina 🤔 because it continued to move only 20-30 mph on rt 95 which we spent most of our time just driving on highway. We made just one ten minute stop at key biscayne and a 15 minute stop at little Havana. That was the extent of the tour! At the bayside market the guide said he would escort those with boat passes to their destination. But he never came back and the bus took off with just me and my friend aboard. After a couple miles we went to the driver to ask what was going on. He immediately stopped in the middle of a highway and told us we needed to get off! I am 72 and suffering in the Miami heat! We had no idea where we were! We struggled to make it back to bayside marketplace to have to wait for an hour for another bus. To our surprise it was the same driver and guide who didn’t seem to care and suggested it was our own fault! When we finally arrived back at meeting place we told our story to the counter reps and they didn’t care either. Needless to say I strongly discourage anyone from using this tour!!!! Btw we were charged an additional fee upon checkin Checked BBB and this company is rated F. Viator should reconsider listing this company.

Worse tour ever! - The tour began as bad storm was coming in . I could see signs saying the tour goes in all weathers so understood this would be the case but was shocked when boarding the bus there was hardly downstairs space. The tour started 10 minutes late as they filled the bus to maximum. For the first 15 minutes there was very little commentary.. extremely basic .. Then the storm started. We was close to the stairs so my family all made it downstairs but there was only shelter for hss as if the people on the tour. Those left above had to spend the time on an open bus with lightning and torrential rain. I understand this company can’t cancel due to rain but surely shelter should be provided and safety!! After travelling for an hour through the poorest parts of Miami with no guide we stopped in little Havana at the guide’s friends margarita bar. We were told to get off and we would have 35 minutes there .. this was 90 minutes into our 2 hour tour. When we questioned when the tour would finish we were told an hour later so basically it was a 3 hour tour not the 2 hour we had booked. There were some people on the bus that said they had booked a 1 hour tour ! The company is a scam just interested in taking peoples money then doing whatever they want. I am shocked that viator promote them to be honest. We ended up paying $50 in an uber to get back to Miami Beach as we didn’t want to spend time in the bar as most of my group are under 21 so couldn’t drink. Plus we had a restaurant reservation that we had to rush back for. ( non refundable booking) We would never have booked the 2 hour tour if we knew it was for 3 hours.

Check the forecast first, because if If it rains, you might be out of luck. - I purchased two tickets in advance because my mother really wanted to go on a bus tour of Miami before we left for our cruise that afternoon. Unfortunately, we never got the chance. It was raining lightly when we arrived and all the seats on the lower level were taken. My mother is 98 years old and unable to go to the upper deck. She was very disappointed. Total waste of time and money.

A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT - Truly disappointing!!! Very rude person now and truly a scam!!!! Prior to booking this excursion, I read everything included. It gave an overview that states maximum time in Miami with a city tour double Dekker bus, travel with ease between Miami neighborhoods and see Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and more. That alone attracted me to this tour under the what to expect it, says Miami Beach Miami, Brickell, City center, Lincoln Rd., Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Once I booked it as well as in the description under meeting and pick up, it gave an address of 305 Lincoln Rd. this address is a building that has a sign that indicates they’re under construction with no construction going on in a looked like a perfectly set up establishment just missing chairs for the clients to sit. Also, it says the endpoint of the activity ends back at the meeting point this here was clearly a lie as our endpoint did not take us back to the meeting point and I was forced to take an Uber back to my hotel. When I arrive to the new address which was 385 Lincoln Rd. it was a limited small called the luggage office and booking tours with several employees who barely spoke English and were very rude when I asked for details of the tour. Once we arrived at 305 Lincoln Road. There were several signs indicating to call in number if you had an appointment contacted the number and the Lady indicated there was a driver with a shuttle in a that would bring us over. The two gentlemen in the shirts of your travel company told me I needed to walk over there and left and the shuttle bus. She had to send those gentlemen back over to pick us up. Once on the shuttle, they are signs posted that tips are a must stating five dollars is appreciated. Why would I tip when you provided horrible customer service in the first place? Once we arrive to the starting point , there was no indication on what bus to take as two buses showed up, and each tour was given a sticker color-coded to what they were taking. The tour did not follow what was expected as offered the tour went over to the design district, the. Wynhood, Little Havana, through a small two block radius of downtown, and stopped at Bayside. Length of tour was 2 hours approximately, once we arrived at Bayside, I asked why the bus was not Raleigh us back to start point as indicated and the rude tour guide started speaking Spanish and walked off. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NEVER USE THOSE CORRUPT CROOKS AGAIN. I’m going to reach out to the BBB as well!!!
